2024 Syrian opposition offensives - The first Syrian rebel offensive against Government forces since March 2020

Oh...so you admit your people have prevailed in the 20th and 21st centuries?
yep

Not to mention Jews have been planning to do so since 1880.
Laurence Oliphant (3 August 1829 – 23 December 1888), a Member of Parliament, was a South African-born British author, traveller, diplomat, British intelligence agent, Christian mystic, and Christian Zionist.

random christian zionist published a book so jews have been planning to do this despite the golan being mostly inhabited by druze

That was a plan made by a Zionist
which was followed 5 years later
"In the winter of 1885, members of the Old Yishuv in Safed formed the Beit Yehuda Society and purchased 15,000 dunams of land from the village of Ramthaniye in the central Golan"

To reiterate, I don't care if Israel does this. I just don't understand why they must constantly lie about the obvious.

In other news, President Joe Biden finds a new inventive way to launder money to Israel. And who said he was in cognative decline?

My brother in Christ, the Jews have combined arms and a will to fight. Assad was a paper tiger. That and they are in no position to stop it.
This. Even if the moderate rebels wanted to expel Israel. What ability do they have to do so?

Currently the US and Isreal is blowing up all of Assad's heavy weapons. They would be attacking a heavily fortified position at the Golan heights with just AK 47's against artillery that can fire 30km out. They kinda are stuck. Isreal took advantage of a breakdown in government to fortify their position- and it paid off.

old yishuv didnt have anything to do with this guy tho

And a great tragedy it was.
imagine what we missed out on having israel be a country where groundbreaking innovation happens daily instead of the shitty swampland it's been for centuries

“Top secret and urgent” classified documents found after Assad’s fall provide interesting insights about the “mechanism” overseen by Russia to manage Israeli-Syrian-Iranian dynamics, and Israeli military actions against Iranian & Hezbollah buildup.

For years, Russia mediated a process designed to allow Assad’s military to function while limiting Iran & Hezbollah's ability to expand militarily in Syria. This mechanism required Israel to avoid certain strikes if these limitations were enforced.

The mechanism's goal: Prevent Iranian or Hezbollah weapon transfers & military build-ups while allowing Syrian army to address its "needs". This changed after Assad’s regime collapse, when Israel launched a campaign to wipe out all Syrian army sites & weapons in the past 48hrs.

Per the documents, an operative code-named "Moses" directly messaged former Syrian Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Ali Mahmoud Abbas. The messages were then forwarded to the former National Security Bureau head Ali Mamlouk.

These communications involve Israel's frustration over Syrian complicity in allowing Iranian and Hezbollah activities. “Moses” repeatedly issued warnings, detailing specific incidents and consequences if these actions continued.

April 8, 2023: Moses warned of Hamas’ activities in Syria: 'Three rockets were launched from the Golan Heights by Hamas under Khaled Meshaal’s leadership. We demand you stop such preparations or face consequences. You’re responsible for what happens on your land.'

Israel’s warning escalated: "Our last measure was a warning shot. If you fail to curb these activities, the next attack will be far more severe. You will pay an unprecedented price."

May 7, 2023: Israel struck weapon depots linked to Damascus’ southern command & a training camp in Dumayr run by “The Golan File” led by Abu Hussain Sajid. Moses wrote: "We will not accept the presence of Hajj Hashem or his fighters in southern Syria."

May 17, 2023: Surveillance revealed eight planes landing in Hmeimim Air Base (4 Iran Air flights, 4 Ilyushin Il-76 planes from Syria's Brigade 29.) These planes transported weapons to depots in Latakia and Qutayfa.

'The Russian mechanism can still allow you to operate without risking Israeli retaliation. But supporting Iran & Hezbollah will force us to act severely. Any unmonitored activity bypassing Russian oversight will be seen as a direct threat to Israel and will provoke a response.'

July 14, 2023: the dude reiterated his intolerance for Syrian military cooperation with Iran and Hezbollah: "Supporting Hezbollah’s air defense capabilities is an act against Israel. This only serves Hezbollah’s interests, while causing harm to your military."

This is fair. Still seems very convenient considering these rebels come from Turkey. A member of NATO. Abandoning Syria might've been a condition for peace with Russia. Who knows at this point.

@Catch The Rainbow Old Yishuv did what that guy said should be done. They might not have known about him or his book but that idea was followed through. You don't have to be in contact with every person to have a shared goal and set of guidelines for how you live

That... sounds retarded. I think they just got lucky and Isreal took advantage of it. War 101.

we missed out on:

Mars Base
Total Nigger death
White colonization of Africa
tubes under the earth's crust connecting Europe and America
everyone living in a house of gold with robotic servants
a world without trannies, faggots and other filth
no second wave feminism

Wow, you've really painted a horrifying picture. That's what the Jewish victory of the 20th century cost the White man.

that's just basic zionism tho, buy up land and establish a town.

You're probably right. It fixed a lot of problems Israel was having with Lebanon. They can't get weapons as easily from Iran. Funding "Islamist" groups is a way to break that supply line without getting all the blame from Iran and Russia.
Not only does it solve that problem, it gives them more territory to annex.

So Jewish people have been wanting to settle parts of the Golan Heights since 1885? This was pretty much my original statement.

Jewish people have been wanting to settle in the general area since around 1860 with the Hovevei Zion movement. The golan wasn't anything special is my point and they bought land wherever they could find it being sold. some of it was in the golan

It’s part of our culture. During my Bar Mitzvah my Rabbi made me read the Real Estate chapter of the Book of Deuteronomy for my Torah recitation. Think of all the subprime mortgages goyim would pay, I was rock hard in front of the whole shul.

My broader point was that Israel obviously wants to expand it's boarders into Syria (possibly other countries as well) . It has two historic reasons that prove this is what they want. Starting back before the founding of the country, and after. This event seems to help in that regard.
