Considering that Christians in Middle Eastern meatspace were unable to stand together without factional divides even within the same sect (Lebanon in the '70s), I would sadly say yes....is it too late to suggest Christians of different denominations all hold hands and sing Kumbaya against the ones terrorizing the Syriac Christians?
That said...
They seriously need their own country to be a fortified sanctuary where they can chill without having to constantly worry about Islamists of any sect, as well as Baathists (Arab supremacists by default) for that matter, to shit all over them. Lebanon used to be that: Beirut was formerly hailed as the 'Paris of the Orient' and Lebanon itself the 'Switzerland of the Middle East', when it was still a Christian country. Alas, the Palestinians ruined everything and Assad Sr. made sure it would be impossible to fix (the Syrian occupation is also the reason why a surprising number of prisoners sprung by the victorious rebels just now were Lebanese dudes who'd been there for decades, they were arrested for opposing said occupation), Hezbollah came later. The Christians and Assyrians in the Middle East have been under siege for centuries and subjected to horrible crimes, and the worst part is no major player cares about them.
But, not all was or is lost. The guy who I previously mentioned got whacked at the most inopportune time imaginable by a Syrian assassin, Bachir Gemayel (a Maronite, but he had previously served under & then succeeded a Greek Orthodox commander and counted an Armenian as one of his closest lieutenants), was on the verge of winning the war at the time of his death in large part by pulling a proto-Al-Jolani and uniting the Lebanese Christians behind him, either by diplomacy or buckbreaking. The other part was that he was, by some miracle, simultaneously a skilled enough diplomat to get Israeli help vs. Syria without becoming an Israeli puppet, and also a skilled enough commander to defeat even the Syrians despite being consistently heavily outnumbered & outgunned.
Now sadly, Middle Eastern Christians (of all sects) do not live in the timeline where Gemayel didn't die at the hands of the SSNP and Hafez al-Assad (who long sought to annex Lebanon & form a Greater Syria). No amount of counterfactual speculation about that will help in reality. But even now Hezbollah's buckbreaking at the end of Israel's circumcised dick and yes, even Al-Jolani winning in Syria opens opportunities for the remaining Lebanese Christians. Hezbollah is functionally castrated, leaderless, decimated to a point where they couldn't do shit for Assad despite being instrumental to keeping him afloat a decade ago, still getting bombed by Israel despite the tenuous new ceasefire and has no hope of recovery with their overland connection to their Iranian master having been cut. Al-Jolani ruling in Damascus is why said route has been cut and the Axis of Resistance geographically fractured; and even if he goes full sharia, that means the ~300,000 Christians left in Syria will have great impetus to move to Lebanon, where they can help rebalance the demographic scales in the Christians' favor. Yeah they're of different sects than the Maronites, but Gemayel's legacy proved that it is possible to get different Christian sects working under one umbrella for a free and Christian Lebanon when sufficiently threatened. And these circumstances add up to there being no better time since the 90s for the Christians to begin taking their country back.
Tl;dr at the risk of being deluged in rainbows, I'll say that tomorrow is a new day, and the Sun setting on pan-Arabism/Ba'athism means it's rising over one of their more overlooked victims. And if the Christians can prevail once more in Lebanon (something which looks much less impossible now than it did just a year ago, like a larger-scale and more benign version of how the Syrian rebels seemed to be totally boned between 2020 and November 26 2024), they can not only start working on unfucking the country & restoring its former pre-civil war glory, but also on turning it into a much-needed bastion of Christendom in the Mideast.
(All that said, you mention the Assyrians. Sadly, they are probably totally fucked and have been since the Assyrian Genocide by the Turks, all the other persecutions since have just been the cherries on the shit cake - not enough people, and their homeland is contested by much more powerful & populous factions. It may be unthinkable but in case Lebanon becomes a Christian fortress again while the rest of the Mideast slides further toward various flavors of durkadom or eternal civil war, they may have to consider relocating there for survival, assuming it's not already too crowded and a Gemayel-like figure can keep the various sects in line one way or another. But it'd be pretty funny for them to end up next to the Maronites considering the latter have their own 'we wuz merchant
