I worked EMS during COVID. Everybody was a COVID death pretty much. If they got ran over by a car, COVID was a contributing factor. We never got to see the paperwork, but it just became a running joke.

Just like there were ZERO flu deaths during COVID. Somehow the Flu just...disappeared for those years where as normally it's responsible for about 50,000 deaths in a average year.
