If she were really concerned about kids health, she’d have lobbied to bring back serious gym classes (eg mile runs, weight room time, basic calisthenics, etc.), nutrition classes, basic fitness requirements, etc.
But of course there’s a correlation between being fit and being right wing, so I’m not surprised she didn’t. It was never about making people healthier or fitter, it was always about appearances, just as you said.

That being said, I wouldn’t mind if as part of MAHA, we implemented some basic fitness requirements to graduate high school. Even just being able to run two miles or something. But that hope deserves a massive rainbow sticker

Having a fitness requirement for graduating high school would solve a lot of problems. They don't mind forcing kids to take globohomo propaganda classes for years, but God forbid they get 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Im in Istanbul this week & the only English channel in my hotel is CNN international.

Its been cathartic to watch all these faggot globalist guests panic about about a stronger America. They are enemies. They must be defeated. This election got me fired up. There is no compromise with these people. They hate you. They want you to live in a pod, never explore space, eat bugs and be miserable.

Attaturk, the founder of modern Turkey was fiercely nationalistic & its been passed on to the people, but I don't see anyone comparing him to Hitler like they do Trump every commercial break. Im done attempting to compromise with these disingenuous rhinos, neocons and globalists.

I get the feeling that Trump's oldest sons are close, Don Jr is the face guy and Eric may have gotten the brains and with Eric's wife Lara dominating the political side this time. Jr was the one who pushed Vance after all, his instincts look to be pretty good. Just needs to make sure he and Eric take Barron shooting some time, the future God Emperor needs to know his way around firearms.

Glad to see Homan back to, when they lived, he was MPCs favorite Trump pick next to Stephen Miller. Hard as nails on illegals, he was one of the appointments the RINOs fucked with, if I remember right.

Literally the best strategy for future Democrat candidates is to start trying to visualize how your enemies and the voters you disagree with think, so you can better predict how they respond to things and how to counter problems before they prop up. That is like strategy 101, but the Democrats have been too busy calling everyone Nazis and screeching their heads off to drown out dissenting voices to do that

When I was a kid, lunch ladies made the food. Every week, we had soups made on a regular rotation that incorporated leftovers from the previous day's lunch. They baked their own rolls! They had ingredients out for salads. This wasn't some crazy fancy school, it was a dismal rust-belt sort of place, but the lunch ladies cared. Their kids all went to that school district. They were cooking from the heart, and even though their ingredients were humble, they often did a really good job. It wasn't all great, and some days had slop, but to me, the worst days were the ones with that cardboard "pepperoni" pizza rectangle and some sad carrot sticks. I'm sure it gave the lunch ladies a good day of respite to be able to do that instead of making pot roast or chicken a la king or whatever, but it was awful. Somehow, every kid had it in their head that the pizza was the "good" day of lunch, but I couldn't stand it.

Even by the time I was in high school, fast food and ready-made meals were invading and the from-scratch cooking had slowed to a trickle. Lunch ladies were now just heaters of slop, with no pride in their work and often with no children of their own. From what I can see, there's zero cooking at my old school now. It's all just reheated.

Those jobs had more dignity and the children were fed better when the food was made in the schools. It's time to bring that back, even if that means having to initiate a jobs program to re-train people on how to actually make food on a school-wide scale instead of just heating it up, and a grant program to ensure that schools have the equipment and training they need to be successful "onshoring" their food service operations.

Schools that cannot be retrofitted with food service facilities should be decommissioned as unsuitable for children, the way the asbestos-filled buildings that couldn't be remediated were. Both building types are bad because they have no choice but to fill up children with poison.

All cynicism aside, I feel bad for AOC if this is truly what is going on. Sure, she's cultivated this audience, but I do have sympathy if this is what her current predicament is.

A handful of years ago, I used to watch this chick who streamed cozy games. She was always lefty, but her streams were entertaining for the most part, so whatever.

When she got pregnant a few years ago and she announced it to her audience, though, the first thing she said after saying she was pregnant was "Well, for starters ... Of course I am pro-choice!"

How fucking sad is it to feel the need to make a political statement while you're trying to announce the happiest and biggest news of your life?

There are manufacturers who now make "fitness playground" equipment that gives you all the exercises you could possibly want in an outdoor-friendly, play-oriented way. I can't help but think that maybe combining these with some outdoor time for kids even at the high school age would do a lot of good. So many kids don't see the sun all day, they're in these giant box school buildings where only a few classrooms even have windows.
