Vance is still a Senator right now, he could. But again, the Vice President serving as Majority Leader is not something I see happening. It breaks a whole bunch of procedural rules that would need to be rewritten. From the sound of things, the best way to head off Mitch would be to back Rick Scott.

John Adams did as VP. Now that was early days, but that was never written out. The Vice President is still a part of the Senate as well as executive. It would be messy but he could. We've already broken one record with Trump serving two separate terms, where that only happened once before, I don't see why we should stop now.

I hope more because it will make the Democrats appear more useless and uninterested in serving actual constituents. If they want to be the elitist anti-Trump party, so be it. Never interrupt an enemy when he is making a mistake.
I am not his constituent, but I once wrote him about a national issue and he sent me a letter that he clearly wrote, not a staffer, and hand-signed it.

Catholics have been hemorrhaging members for decades. I think they would regain numbers if they emphasized the age, stability, and history of the institution rather than tried appease to everyone. No one talks about how the Church literally kept Europe from falling apart post-Roman collapsd, or how the rituals Christians do today are the same as followers in 1024 AD.
