I'm talking about the woman who care about abortion. these woman if they want kids only want them in their late 30s to early 40s so they can "have their fun" and "have a career" first. The first and most important thing in their mind in their defense of abortion is the thought of getting pregnant before they want to, not some edge case of rape or the baby won't survive.

Yeah, it was certainly disappointing because why come in to stir the pot if you don't want to enjoy a little trouble? Probably should just make a sock in that regard so he could say something and then hide from the replies if they harsh his vibe so much.

The idea that this is a place where people can actually freely talk about edgy and difficult topics is its draw. I would embrace that if it was my project, maybe just keep an account for site infrastructure issues if having regular posting replies flood into it was that stressful. It does seem to often get stressful.

Sometimes I don't feel like looking and replies so I just stop looking at them, but usually I am here because I want to see a variety of thoughts on political topics since the atmosphere in polite society is so stifling. It's refreshing to see a few people who are still open to discussion, even if it gets harsh.

I know a mother who carried a set of twins that she knew wouldn't live long after birth to term because she said that she wanted her daughters to die loved, knowing nothing but their mother's arms. Getting to actually hold her girls, comfort them, have them be given the proper rites, and then getting to actually bury her babies was infinitely better for the mom's mental health than if she'd just gotten them hoovered out of her and then incinerated in a medical waste facility like they were trash.

She's now happily pregnant with another (blessedly healthy) child, by the way, and dreams of even more children beyond her rainbow baby. She's an incredibly resilient woman.

Have you been lurking on this thread for any substantially recent amount of time? Most people here, myself included, acknowledge that a repeat of 2020 is very much possible even if not everyone is saying it out loud. We all know this election is gonna be decided by slim margins because landslide campaigns aren't a thing anymore outside of local politics, but we're also trying to maintain a healthy degree of optimism because there are plausible avenues in which Trump could win and also because doompilling is gay and retarded.

That being said, what there desperately needs to be in this country are End of Life Abortions, in which people can elect to have their useless geriatric parents or grandparents terminated after a certain age, say 75/80. I don't know why I'm defending her, but Ginsberg had 5 different cancers between 1999 and 2020. She was dealing with her second bout of pancreatic cancer before she died. Most people would be in rough shape after that.
