🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

None of them are designed to be inclusive for women with wide shoulders and big breasts (F/G/H-48.5" breasts).
No, honey; they're not inclusive of hugely fat women. You are hugely fat, and that you're trying to buy a hydration vest as part of your "running" cosplay makes you an extreme outlier, because hugely fat people rarely pretend to be runners. Ragen Chastain and Anna O'Brien come to mind, but as we know, both are massive frauds (and their fitness-related content always got the lowest views of anything they did, because their deathfat followers weren't interested).

There is no viable market for hydration vests for humans sized and shaped like you, so the manufacturers don't offer them; nor are they obligated to.

I'm a woman who actually does have wide shoulders and big breasts (and a big ribcage), and I found a hydration vest that fit me with no problem—because I'm not a fucking fatty. Amazing how that works.

If she's going to insist on having a hydration vest for the events she weebles through at Anna O'Brien speeds (and you cannot tell me she's doing ultras; this is a 5K gorl; 10K at best), she's going to have to pay somebody to modify it for her with longer straps, and perhaps even shift the positioning of the straps to better accommodate her corpulence.

And of course she will whine about having to pay extra to have this done—probably a $40-75 job—but fuck her, because she's got the disposable income to participate in races and consider the purchase of specialized equipment (as well as throw away on testosterone, as well as continue to eat herself into massive obesity despite being on T). So no, I am not sympathetic; this is fat consequence.

Distance running while obese is absurd even if the deathfat can do it. Why not just shoot yourself in the knees? I read that every extra pound of body weight adds 4 pounds of pressure to the knees while running. If you wouldn't try running miles with 400 lbs of lead weights strapped to your body, don't run when you're 100 lbs overweight.
The only way to completely avoid pesticides is to grow it yourself
Fun fact: Poor areas of 3rd world countries have tons of naturally organic produce because farmers can't afford pesticides. Tropical countries and parts of Central/South America are paradise for organic fruit lovers. Tree-ripened, too.

When I got back from a trip to South America, I didn't eat US fresh fruit for 6 months. It was too depressing to eat that tasteless overpriced shit.

The most lead-free white rice you can buy is from Nepal. They couldn't afford the early fertilizers that contaminated soil with lead. I only buy my rice imported from Nepal, which is easily found at Indian ethnic stores and certain other stores with multiple types of rice.

Since we are speaking of running stuff, did you guys know that jogging wasn’t really a thing in America until the 1960’s/1970’s? Some guy brought it over from New Zealand and it was like a new fad. I’m an 80’s kid so I just thought it was just something that everybody would do naturally cause it’s as natural as walking.

Indeed. Loading for impact excercise is so much more than people think. Our skeletons and joints are amazing. I think I’ve read that while running it can be even more than that.
I have a camelback, they’re really good for the sort of long slow runs you dont want to carry a bottle for. But she could just have a light daypack, shove a bladder in it and run the drink tube over one shoulder strap - I often do that when out just walking in summer. My creaky old knees need poles these days and it’s a pain to stop and drop them and get a bottle out.

They must be doing immense damage to their joints. Even if you’re on the lighter side, running on pavements and roads is not great for your joints long term. Watching Anna do squats makes me wince.

We all have our great joy(s) in life. As long as it’s not criminal behaviour, who cares what others spend their time doing? Yes, these fatties cost society more but they also die at a younger age. Successful and sustainable weight loss is extremely rare. So why not just let these puffers get on with it and then die a quick death? I don’t understand why we spend time and resources putting them thru the agony of calorie restriction and exercise, only to have them completely fail or at first succeed and then gain it all back. Because we are their keepers and should butt in when they go astray? At what point are we intruding on their personal freedom?
Maybe we’re so invested in them because they flaunt it on social media. Often for money to support their habit. I personally could care less. Eat all you want. Sloth away. It can be cathartic and amusing watching these landslides in operation. Otherwise they wouldn’t be so popular. We sure as hell don’t watch because of their sparkling personalities.
I think we found a new 'fatties admitting they're fatties in the deathfats section' entry

Fat ladies running ultras seems to be getting more and more popular. I follow two on Instagram. Waddellrunninglady and bigfit_i_run both regularly come DFL. I must say, Sandra (bigfit_i_run) posts her runs on Strava (still wish I could get my hands on Anna O’Brien and April Lauren’s Strava), which always make for interesting reading.

I will say that I call some bullshittery on that particular lady - there is no fucking way she actually ran a sub-4 minute mile (just pulled the profile and checked the comparison times - apparently her best mile time is 3:48 minutes). M'thinks there's some Strava-Car-Runs going on.

ESPECIALLY considering this:

Like that 4chan classic, 'I ran a 3 minute mile because I like to run'. I don't believe any fatty running results, at all, period. Ragen Chastain showed that they will go to insane lengths to cheat. Being a fat runner is a deranged HAES ideal just like being a fat ballerina.

11 minutes/K - is that even running, though?
It’s about a 17 minute mile.
A gentle pottery jog, the sort you know you’re slow but it’s pleasant is 9-10mins/mile. That’s probably slow for a tall man, and feels faster for a short woman.
17min mile is slow walking. Not ‘pace with a toddler’ walking but it’s not a brisk walk.
Still kudos if she did even walk the whole (50k?) distance. That’s an achievement in itself, why lie it’s running?

When I was doing half marathons frequently, I never used a hydration pack for an event since I just didn't want all the extra bullshit on me and depending on the weather you don't need more than a bottle of water and a snack. They can be great on a hotter day where you might need more water or on a long distance run/cycle where you want to stop midway and have a break and a snack, you can stash all your snacks and shit in there. (Maybe I've solved the riddle of why she wants one!)

If she's struggling to just fit, she should be focusing on WAY shorter runs or just walking and building up her fitness. The kind if distance where you don't need to bring any water at all. This is like how April Lauren and Anna O' Brian both threw a ton of money at new shoes and products to maintain an "idea" that they're getting fit- with none of the actual effort.

afaik (for a normal, reasonably in shape person) anything above a 10 minute mile is a jog, anything below it is a run

she says she does a 3 minute mile. i guess it hasnt been spelled out because its so ludicrous, but for anyone not familiar with running: the fastest mile run world record is m3:43/f4:07

Runners will happily shout out "Good job getting out there!" and encourage you as you weeble down a trail at a vigorous walk. I can't think of anything more inclusive than that.
It's the same thing at a gym. I've never seen anybody laughed at when they're there to work out even if they're struggling. If anything I've seen meatheads encourage them and even give them pointers.

Sure if you're just camping on a cardio machine or you're the type to do five minutes of cardio and then have to rest for fifteen then maybe you ought to try something a little less strenuous. But flat out laughing or calling them names? I've literally never seen it.

But these types believe it's what people are thinking so that makes it true to them.

I’m suspecting she mistakenly activated her watch when driving and either didn’t see that it got registered on Strava or is too lazy to remove it? Or were there several results like that? She really can’t be that stupid, can she?

The thing is, if you notice you have an activity that violates the laws of physics (aka: you caught a ride and were still recording) you can go into Strava later to either delete the entire activity or erase the affected portion of the route (and all that proceeds or follows it, depending on the direction of your edit). Source: I've done this shit before because I r dum.

There's absolutely zero reason for her to have a sub-4 minute mile record on her account. And she would've been notified of that upon saving the activity, too, because it'd come up with a giant fucking gold PR trophy on that activity and a proud announcement of her new time.

ETA: Lots of tomfoolery.

So here's her world record effort:
Screenshot 2024-11-03 at 10.45.08.png
There's a few fun things here.
Her intro intervals on those tiny inclines aren't included in any of these amazing records.
her amazing records were all set... CLIMBING. So she was running at faster than world-record pace UP HILL. Giant red flag there.
The record 1/2 mile? The record mile? On those two rather steep climbs at the start of the 2nd half of the activity.
The amazing 5k? Halfway up that steep climb.
The fantastic 10k that's FASTER than the top female runners at the Disney 10k that ran this weekend and is on par with her placing within the top 100 male competitors? Up that massive incline at the end.
This is an activity she should've deleted.

Next!

Behold her marathon. I will state that this drew my curiosity namely because her marathon time is only 12 minutes slower than my own, and mine was done on a nearly perfectly flat surface with only one stop for... natural necessities. I had a pace cyclist with me to feed me water, so no need to stop for that. There's definitely shenanigans here - that is an amazing pace for the amount of elevation she had on this run!!

Here are some of her most 'recent' recorded runs (and note that they're all from 2022):

Screenshot 2024-11-03 at 10.47.30.png
All MUCH more believable.

Just an example of her pace from one of those 'more believable' runs:
Screenshot 2024-11-03 at 10.47.59.png
Note that she's doing a lot of surge efforts after the first mile. That she's practically coming to a stop, then dashing off again. It's also not regular enough or at a consistent enough pace to indicate that she's doing interval training.
Nope, she's slowing because she's tired, then pushing on again, and dashing towards the finish at the end, going off her pace line.
If she's so tired that she's practically coming to a stop with less than 1.5 miles in, that brings that entire marathon effort to question, doesn't it? At least, it does to me.

Not saying she's not getting out there and not doing things she should be proud of. But she should've scrubbed her Strava entries and NOT left shit where she's obviously gaming the system to make it appear that she's better than she actually is. After all, it's a race against YOURSELF, not anybody else, and the goal line is fitness and steady improvement. You gain nothing by falsifying your progress.

Sperg done. Thank you for your patience.

It's never occured to me to start a for-profit business by begging strangers to pay for it. Who knew? They're actually raised 10k for this bullshit fatty candle "business".

Here's a great quote from the fundraiser: "The heartbreak of every hate comment is far outweighed by the joy and power of each life we touch"

LMAO, won't help your blood sugar, though.

Inspired by the discussion of "everything showers" in the Glitterandlazers thread, I went on a quest:
