They don't have ID cards.
Social security numbers and associated registration exists but it's on paper.
You can get a passport but it's not something everyone has.

The rest of the world has advanced to ID cards; which simplify a lot of things - for example: accessing my medical history at the doctor is as easy as putting my ID in a card reader.

Anyways, thankfully I live in one of the common sense areas that require proof of citizenship with a photo ID to vote. It always boggles the mind when the turbo-faggots on the left scream racism/discrimination/voter suppression when an ID requirement is brought up, as if the poor dumb niggers and spics are too dumb to figure it out. I'll tell you what though, when I voted early the other day, the nice old lady at the board of elections asked for my ID, looked at it, asked my address and SSN, checked a couple things, gave me back my ID and sent me to the voting booth. In that 15 seconds or so, I felt extremely disenfranchised, racially profiled, and unburdened by what has been! As a consequence of those heinous actions, my state seems to always have results the night of the election/very early the next morning. And despite a population larger than other states with no such laws in place, exceedingly rare abnormalities or allegations of election fuckery.
