I honestly think he doesn't have a litter box for the cat. He mentioned that he's been having to keep his desk and bed cluttered so the cat doesn't pee there. Even the dumbest moron would realize sooner or later that it's just better to clean the litter box occasionally, right?

I was told to try putting pepper on stuff to keep Shyer from peeing on it. Turns oot he LIKES pepper. He is rubbing his face in it.
