It seems really unlikely to me since pepper spray seems to have the opposite effect of what the victims described. It's a near immediate deterrent that then gets better, whereas what was described was mild, allergy-like irritation that escalated to more severe symptoms over the course of 1-3 hours even after being removed from the source. I've never microdosed pepper spray though so maybe if someone rigged up a way to aerosolize it rather than the stream of spray it typically has then the low, gradual exposure might do it, or maybe it was on their hands and they later rubbed their eyes, leading to the swelling/blindness. I'm olfactarily challenged but I've used capsaicin nose sprays and there's a very distinct smell to it so I feel like someone would have noticed if they were inhaling it, even if they didn't immediately know what it was

It's fascinating they're so unwilling to identify themselves or be recorded.
The recording part is baffling to me, especially since police departments and prosecutors fucking love body cameras and recording encounters because 99 times out of 100 it helps save their asses from bogus accusations and makes cases easier to prosecute. There are countless videos online (usually of comically stupid people getting arrested) where people openly warn police officers that they're recording and the police simply respond "that's fine, you're welcome to do that, and we're recording too." Why would these feds be so reluctant to be recorded?
All recording questions aside, literally every fucking (competent) lawyer in this entire country will tell you on no uncertain terms never to speak with any law enforcement agents under any circumstances for any reason, especially in the absence of an attorney. But even if you ignore that advice, they'll also warn you never to talk to someone claiming to be law enforcement who refuses to present proper ID. Especially federal agents! WTF were these two dipshits thinking?
Of course, those two questions are rhetorical, because the guy recording this encounter has them dead-to-rights. They know they're wrong, they know they're doing something illegal, they know the person they're questioning is innocent, and they're terrified at the prospect of being held personally accountable for their bullshit.
God damn man, fuck these people so very hard. Good for this guy telling them as much.

The narrative of a coup is that it'll be Trumpers taking over the capitol and executing Democrats on the steps. But what a coup will really be is what we're seeing now, votes dropped off in the middle of the night, selective political prosecutions, and agencies that are loyal to one political party.
They already admitted to controlling what sites like Twitter block, and Facebook later admitted it involved a political scandal surrounding the Bidens. The US is not a republic, or a democracy, it's a fascist government in a mask, where law enforcement works for Democrats, where elections work for Democrats, and where speech is controlled by Democrats.
It's like an invisible fascism, they don't have to break down your door and haul you away, they can just block your account, remove your bank account and mess with your life. If all that fails then they have hauling you away in their back pocket. People disregard this with "That's crazy, that's like a conspiracy theory", because a lot of people have this ignorant mindset drilled into them, that if something sounds crazy it is. But crazy and planned out things have happened, just look at the holocaust.
Globally the right needs to learn that if it does not enforce its will it will be destroyed, and if it does not proliferate itself into institutions they will be used as weapons against the right.

This is a pretty good high-level breakdown of her shitty policies.
What the video leaves out is the need for high net-worth individuals to now be audited every year to determine their net worth which, while good for accountants like me, is unnecessarily costly to both the individual and the taxpayer. Anyone who thinks they're not paying more because they're not worth $100M+ is ignoring the fact that the IRS will be doing these audits. The IRS can barely function as is, now add more work for the understaffed government agency? You're not getting your tax refund in 6-8 weeks anymore.
Another thing not mentioned is the fact that all but 8 states also tax realized capital gains. If a federal unrealized capital gains tax goes into place, you can guarantee "Eat the Rich" strongholds like California and New York will be scrambling to enact their own. Because if there's one thing the government loves to do, it's double dip.
This video also only focuses on individuals. Corporations also have unrealized capital gains, and a good number of those corporations also have a worth of over $100M. This would be the next group on the chopping block. She already wants to increase the corporate tax rate and quadruple the tax on stock buybacks introduced in the Inflation Reduction Act (again, trying to double-dip). Should a corporate unrealized gains tax go into effect, you're looking at midsize companies going out of business year 1, especially if there's no opportunity to offset with capital losses as there is with realized gains/losses.

Disband the FBI and disband the CIA and bar everyone who's ever worked there from being employed in any government adjacent capacity again. The US Marshalls can do a better job than the FBI at being federal law enforcement without being a secret police operation founded by a cross dressing pervert and military intelligence units are likely capable of being slightly less retarded than the coke dealing ivy leaguers.
