I've thought about it before and I've got a lot of miniscule questions about design for him in general.
"Why cancer?"
"Why only the 2 sets of teeth?"
Ect.
Personally I always think asking stuff like "what is the meaning of life" or some other grand design sort of philosophical question is just a waste. Cause it'll never be an answer that satisfies you.

Lot of my major questions are more related to the deciding factors in Up or Down. But I think really I'd want to just ask: "Besides my family did anyone ever truly love me?" Cause if I'm about to be damned then the knowledge of that question might be the thing that consoles me or allows me to simply stop thinking.
