Oh that’s informative. I didn’t know he pawned off the land but in the most wiggerish way possible so he still gets to technically own the land so his very fragile ego isn’t bruised.
So Ralph probably thought he was really smart getting a church to pay the taxes but letting him keep the land lease. However, Ralph has essentially is given that land away in perpetuity because you could never ever tax a church. He could never ever ask them to move, he could never evict them and unless he becomes a high-ranking member of the church, he can’t live on the land either. Because they’re a church and have their own special place in land ownership law.
There’s a reason why historically only Lords and extremely wealthy people would donate land to churches because it is a donation, even if you keep the name, that land will belong to the church for as long as the church stands.

Piggy repeats the same thing over again that he already admits to. Sad little piggy that has a broke life in a shithole in Mexico trying to be tough but end up running away because he is a true coward in his heart, both physically and mentally. He can pill himself up, curse at Null and get drunk as much as he want, but a normal person would never give children and cats to Vito the Pedophile.

I think Dax is savvy enough to know that letting Ralph on the show would be a limited run that will be an absolute nuclear disaster but that it would also be entertaining and make him more money than Vito ever will in a thousand years, and that Vito is pathetic enough that he will come back on the show after being kicked to the curb for Ralph. It would also humble Vito, who is starting to think he is a big boy who is important to the show and not the most pathetic person Dick could find in his roster of past guests who aren't dodging warrants and child support in Mexico. Put Ralph on the show, faggot. It would actually be worth watching.

Dax is not retarded. He knows that the moment he lets a PR disaster like Ralph on for even a second, he will lose money. There is no brohood, any concept of "loyalty" or any other gay mafia LARP involved.
Ralph is a liability. Always has been the "weakest link", which is why guntgate happened. No one is going to walk on egg shells to make sure his hurt feelings are maintained. He may as well get used to his shitty mexican hut. It's not getting any better, and no one is bailing him out, no matter what bullshit they whipser to his ear. They already know he is useless. Nick tried to use him as an attack dog, but quickly learned that the positives of that go outweighed, when he would just as happily go around doxing people of his own.
Moral of the story is, Ralph, because I know you're a little slow on the uptake, Dick Masterson, le based wingman is not your friend. In fact, the way he operates is so indirect, you will never be able to tell if he says you are the bestest most based wife-beater in the world, or when you are a fucking embarrassment to his brand and should get the fuck out of everyone's sight. He's always 10 steps ahead of you, because you are a simpleton and cannot read inbetween the lines properly.

I don't think it would last forever because Ralph and Dax are true and honest Internet fwiends. I think a show where Ralph, the thinnest-skinned hog in the history of pigskin, has to argue with someone every week and be wrong because his job is to play second fiddle to Dax, is going to self-immolate in a couple of weeks and would actually be entertaining. If Ralph is going to self-destruct anyway you might as well cash in on it.
Wait, he seriously couldn't pay $1630.77 in property taxes so he just gave away the land?
LOL, Ralph, I would have given you double that amount for the plot and taken care of 100% of the taxes owed on it on top of that.

It was around 3k~ because he owed for 3 years and was fined extra for being delinquent. But yes, it was going to be auctioned to the county so I assume he gifted it so we couldn't laugh at him for losing it. The church paid 2 years of the property taxes by cheque so that they could have the land. However, Ralph still owes for last year according to Crittendon County records.
I made this post in April when I last checked on it when it was scheduled to be Auctioned, he gifted it 10 days later.

Vito. I was watching that there Sound of Freedom and I saw those kids getting herded all over South America and I was thinking. Would you want to watch them sometime? I know I tell everyone I love my children. But if they were to get lost in a pedophile ring, that would be less child support I have to pay. He won't because of "spite" but if he actually wanted to spite people he would have ended it about a year ago since that would actually dry up the content we get from him and his board would be put out to spergatory. People would be sad about it (not because Ralph died) but because there'd be no more rage hogging to laugh at.

Demolishing a house isn't cheap, also with what money would he build a new house? He can't get a construction loan cause his credit is abysmal and he doesn't pay taxes. He did the only thing a broke ass nigga like him could do with it and I am sure it wasn't even his idea but his uncles.
