I remember reading about this guy Heibei Pangazai (Hebei fatty) who got famous in China for his tornado beer chugging technique. He went viral in the US around 2019 and apparently got suspended from Chinese social media because they viewed his videos as promoting alcoholism.
He has a decently sized twitter account now and has apparently been collaborating with people in the us.

I thought 肏 was censored on many apps/websites, so people used the near homophone 操(operate) instead.
Some Chinese take it a step further and use the homophone 草泥马 (an old name for llama) for the whole motherfucking phrase.
As an aside, I love that it is made up from the character 入(enter) + 肉(meat).
