The establishment of the libertarian party In 1972 included the core belief that victimless crimes should be abolished, including sexual activity.

Any other opinion, liberal or conservative, is invalid, unless it is between a minor and an adult, in which case the adult should be killed by the hands of a competent police force.

and the core belief of freedom of association mean't you could kick faggots out of your establishment purely for being a faggot (and call them what they are). Until thats the case, libertarian opinions, like other political opinions are fairy tale fantasies. The only opinions that really matter are the niggers in charge and the niggers that have influence over the niggers in charge.

Have you tried being less emotionally triggered by the existence of gay people?

Because even if compared to a limp wristed bottom with a lisp, you kind of sound like a bitch.

victimless crimes like neutering yourself and taking experimental drugs? and letting children do the same? there's a reason the niggers in charge outlaw some 'victimless' crimes.

Say you end up contracting a sexual disease, is it considered a victimless crime? Now we're getting into uncharted territory. What if you lie about your STD and end up transmitting it onto somebody else? I'm pretty sure STD testing is federally funded as well.

Have you tried being less emotionally triggered by the existence of gay people. Because it sounds like at the core you're just kind of a pussy. And that is sad and pitiable.
I don't rely on government/culture to protect me from being called a faggot. I don't piss away millions of tax payers money because I'm a reckless whore without any responsibility. Thanks, faggot.

NOOOOO YOU CAN'T DO THAT. FREEDOM MEANS I CAN DO DEGENERATE ACTS AND THE GOVERNMENT MUST KILL YOU AND YOUR KIDS FOR NOT LIKING ME BEING A DEGERNATE FAGGOT.
HOW DARE YOU NOT ALLOW ME TO DO 120 Days of Sodom YOU BIGOT!!!

The establishment of the libertarian party
The libertarian party is a joke

The correct libertarian perspective is that the only rights that every human has are property rights
That means that "LGBT rights", "civil rights", and "human rights" (rightfully) are bogus
Either they say the same thing as property rights, in which case they're useless, or they contradict property rights, in which they are dangerous aberrations that have no right to exist

that sounds more like anarcho-capitalism. it pretty clearly violates the harm principle most libertarians hold.
A consistent libertarian must necessarily be an anarchist
If you encounter a libertarian who isn't an anarchist, you have my blessing to call them a dipshit and give them an arbitrary amount of wedgies

not necessarily, i think. anarcho-capitalism implies that the non-aggression principle is optional because the enforcement of laws is open to competition. then again, using violence against competition is unlikely because of the very high cost, so disputes are most likely settled peacefully. point is: minimal state could be justified while still somewhat following the rules of libertarianism.

edit: fictional politics is gay and i regret thinking about it.

I mean that's fine but an LGBT individual who runs a large multinational probably ordered you to do that.

No, absolutely necessarily.
Consider the following:
According to libertarian philosophy, the only way to violate rights is by initiating force (committing aggression). If it wasn't obvious, defensive, restitutive, retaliatory, and punitive force is not an initiation of aggression, but force used in response to aggression.
In the case of the human body, aggression is invading the borders of someone's body (battery) or, more generally, using the body of another person without their consent.
Non-libertarian philosophies have a different view. Usually that means that each person has some limited right in their own body, but not complete or exclusive rights. Society or the state also have certain rights in each citizen's body.
The libertarian philosophy has the fundamental goal of avoiding conflict, and legitimizing the control of outsiders is just a way to create conflict. According to this point of view, non-libertarians who endorse anything less than a 100% exclusive self-ownership are basically maintaining that the state is at least a partial owner of the body of other people, or even a complete owner in the case of conscriptees or nonviolent "criminals" who are incarcerated.
Without property rights, there is always the possibility of conflict over contestable (scarce) resources. Unless there is some pre-established harmony of interests, you and I cannot do different things with a thing (= the thing is scarce) without getting into a physical conflict with one another. By assigning an (exclusive) owner to each resource and establishing visible boundaries that non-owners can avoid, a libertarian legal system makes a conflict-free use of resources possible. And when it comes to the rule of property assignment, self-ownership is favored over other-ownership (slavery).
I hope I don't need to elaborate more on self-ownership, but if you need me to, that's fine.

External objects (things, goods) are not directly controlled by your own will, and they are initially unowned (given by nature). The libertarian establishes an objective link by means of appropriation (transforming, embordering, homesteading, possessing a previously unowned resource). Also, the first/prior user of a previously unowned thing has, prima facie, a better claim than a second/later claimant, solely by virtue of being earlier. Again, the goal is conflict-free use of resources. The answer to "who is the owner?" can't be "whoever has the thing or whoever is able to take it", because that boils down to a might is right system which makes conflict inevitable.
Again, I hope I don't need to elaborate on the libertarian concept of ownership in external things, but again, if you need me to, I will.

Now, the state is necessarily an aggressor and thus in violation of the most basic of libertarian ideas.
Thus, everybody who is not an anarchist must maintain at least one of
(a) aggression is justified
(b) states do not necessarily employ aggression.

(b) is plainly false as taxation is a form of aggression. Prohibiting competing defense agencies, which states also do, is also aggression.
(a), socialists and criminals also feel that aggression is justified. But that doesn't make it so. Criminals, socialists, and archists have yet to show how the initiation of force against innocent victims is justified, and it is not possible to show this.

Libertarianism is right. I used to hold the edgy jail all the gays stance, but now I realize that was stupid. I now hold the standard conservative/libertarian stance that if you keep it away from kids and in the bedroom, Then it's up to God to decide, not the government, much like we don't outlaw pork because it could be immoral; it's the same thing with LGBT people.

The next step is realizing that "anti-discrimination laws" and "civil right laws" are nothing but invasions of your rights to your property.
Under libertarian philosophy, there is no permissible, legitimate, or righteous way to prohibit you from discriminating against anyone without your consent.
In other words, "NO FAGGOTS/FURRIES/KIKES/NIGGERS/COMMUNISTS" signs are based and nobody has any right to use force against you because of them.

exactly, and I would like to add that under a libertarian system, churches would have more power than the state because they would replace functions of the state like charity, performing marriages, building hospitals, etc., so this idea that libertarianism is just wreckless hedonism is absurd.

"Wreckless hedonism" is such a retarded concern
Just because you have the right to jump off a bridge* doesn't mean that it's wise or encouraged to do so

If you need a historical example of something that is somewhat approaching a libertarian system, you can look at the Wild West. I'm not aware of much degeneracy and hedonism happening, just people doing their thing without much central government. I'm seeing wreckless hedonism when productive people (businessmen and employees) are robbed at gunpoint by the state and forced to finance healthcare, "gender-affirmative surgery", and all sorts of other bullshit for hedonistic degenerates

* Technically speaking, it is almost guaranteed that your lifeless body is trespassing and also making a huge mess and also disrupting others. In that sense, you actually are committing aggression by jumping off a bridge unless you have assured that you aren't trespassing and that you aren't doing any harm by killing yourself. I mean, if you decide to kill yourself on my property without my permission, you can bet your lifeless ass I'm gonna charge your estate with the cleanup bill.
