Yet another thing that goes unspoken about modern politics: You always hear about this campaign raised so many hundreds of millions (HUNDREDS!) to spend for <insert uniparty name here>. Guess where that money goes?

In the US, we don't have nuclear power plants. We have plutonium enrichment facilities that produce electricity as a biproduct.
This feels like confirmation that the Biden admin was essentially following Pelosi's agenda. I can't imagine her having such a high opinion of anyone but herself.

This is also why swapping from fossil fuels will not be the end of Oil because its used in virtually EVERYTHING the same way whale oil was and the only reason we stopped using whale oil is because palm oil and crude were/are both cheaper.

What I find strange about this cbs poll is that even though Harris is supposedly leading (barely), the same people who they are polling is still seemingly think she is a worse candidate.
44% think she'll make their personal finances worse
52% say she'll increase illegal immigration
and 64% think she is the same as biden who isn't exactly popular.
This is why she campaigns on just calling her opponents weird instead of actual policies.

A lot of the utter "eating shit out of the toilet" hate for Clinton sprang from several factors:
1. The GOP coming off of 12 years of control over the White House
2. The pro-GOP cultural hegemony under Reagan being shattered by Gen X defacto electing the furst boomer President that pandered to them
3. The unspoken deal with the devil made by the public that so long as the good times kept rolling, the public did not give a fuck about any bad shit that Bill and Hillary did
The Clintons did a lot of bad shit, but at the same time, NO ONE wanted to give their enemies the satisfaction of saying they were right all along. Most notably seen during Monixagate, where the Faustian deal was at its height....
