There is no charge of domestic violence. Only a one-year temporary restraining order. There has been no finding of fact, and IN FACT, there is no proof that any domestic violence took place. The recording made doesn't show any, although it isn't the best look. However, it would be inadmissible in court in the first place. It was meant to smear Ralph in the public eye, and in that regard, it worked.

Any lawyers can weigh in if they like, but they know as well as I do that it's almost impossible to lose your parental rights, even with Ralph's record. That, and given the fact that the AUDIO recording is inadmissible (any shyster could get that thrown out), and she has kept Ralph out of the child's life by choice for over a year do not weigh in her favor; They actually weigh in Ralph's favor. She's actually quite stupid for behaving in this manner.

You see, if Ralph was cut of out Rozy's life for good, that would mean no child support. That's what the state really cares about. None of you seem to understand that.

I'm sure if Ralph were offered a hefty financial settlement he might agree to step aside, because it's going to cost him a shit ton to fight this in NY and then pay ANOTHER child support. Absent that, I think his pride takes precedence.

The financial settlement should be:

ONE MILLION DOLLARS for every single inch Ralph is above 5' 1''.

Ironically he's not even wrong. Nick lacks that tiny bit of wigger knowledge that acting like a complete cunt directly to the judge deciding your fate isn't going to do you any favors. If Nick actually manages to turn this into jail time Ralph will even have a better record.
