So here is my thoughts on the whole Kris Tyson drama:
In regards to Shadbase, I just think it's low hanging fruit to bring up what should be a now irrelevant edgelord hentai artist because on the count that Shadbase was involved with a lot of big content creators both on Youtube and Twitch; many big content creators purchased or commissioned stuff from Shadbase so if you're going to bring him up then you may as well cancel half of the normie Internet by that point, so if you're going to cancel Kris Tyson then you would have to waste a lot of time and energy to cancel everyone that was involved with Shadbase (by that point the logistics to hold everyone accountable becomes unfeasible and unrealistic). So if you ask me, bringing up Shadbase starts to become irrelevant because it's a case of 'He who is without sin can cast the first stone' since Shadbase had his hands in many big Youtubers and Twitch streamers back in the day.
As for Mr. Beast himself. I don't think this will really affect him much. Why? Most of his audeince are a bunch of normies that consume brainrot content. In anything, they probably won't even notice that Kris is gone from production. It's like how the Breadtubers tried to cancel Internet Histroian for plagerisim; IH got a lot of backlash but IH still makes videos and still rakes in millions of views, Breadtube failed to bring him down (much like how I'm pretty sure Kiwis and even the right-wingers on Twitter aren't exactly going to bring down Mr. Beast over this).
So what about Kris Tyson himself? How do I think Kris is going to fare here? Well so far Lava (the alledged victim in question) is defending Kris Tyson and claimed that Kris did not groomed them (so it's safe to say I don't think Kris will be seeing any criminal or civil charges anytime soon). Kris is no longer working with Mr. Beast productions but I have the feeling they will still stay in touch in private; just because we won't be seeing Kris' face anymore on official videos doesn't mean Mr. Beast won't stop hanging out with Kris.
Kris is getting cancelled mostly by those on the Right that are concenred with their precence around children; the big issue is that they're not getting cancelled by everyone as the leftists and ceterists are coming to Kris' defense. Lava is defending Kris and refuses to press charges. If by some chance Shadbase ever gets charged and arrested for that now infamous drawing of Keemstar's daughter, I just think he would make a martyr out of himself and take it to the federal court to fight on behalf of free speech (the Supreme Court once struck down a law that prohibited impersonation of a veteran on free speech grounds so strange stuff has happened in the federal court system before).
Kris essecially got away with it and won't be getting anything more than a slap on the wrist, Breadtube will very likley become united by this and push for another round of censorship by Big Tech (expect search engines removing search rersults, platforms like Reddit and Facebook doing more censorship, and various Youtube commentary channels to get heavily censored even more or outright banned from Youtube over "hate speech"), and probably giving online lefitsts more of an incentive to push their values onto the Internet.
in the short term, we exposed a terrible person. In the long term, I'm afraid we're going to be part of another round of heavy censorship by Big Tech and the Online Left again.
