Most people who lose weight will regain it in about 5 years, he looks to be on the way... In Ralph's case I think most of his excess calories in recent years are due to his alcohol intake - I think sobriety is out the window now for some time.

Oven pizza and microwave meals are likely his limits when cooking, if he can even bring himself to do that.

I think what confirms Ralph can't cook for himself is the fact this braggadocious nigga used to regularly try and flex on people because he was eating the culinary delights provided to him by Pantsu and FaiFai.

He tried to boast about a chicken salad sandwich served on a paper plate provided to him by his child bride.

Pantsu was a somewhat of an upgrade, but the most she ever really posted was a chicken breast or some salmon. In fact she tried to rag on Faith for the sandwich by bragging about the chicken breast (literally dunking on a highschool graduates cooking ability). What seems to have eluded both of them is that putting meat and fish into the oven for 20 minutes and checking it is cooked through doesn't make you a good cook. It's literally the simplest shit going.

Anyway, point being, if Ralph was cooking anything he would be posting about it saying shit like "you ain't neve ate this good aylawgs. I just made some chicken nuggets from a bag, you don't get chicken nuggets in New York harry."

Burn something down already Ralph. We've been waiting for years for you to burn something down other than your own life.

The forum has gotten rid of a ton of its problems, Jim is making money like he did back in 2016, Warski and PPP have people begging them to go on their show, Nick Fuentes is frolicking with gays and trannys like he always has and the list goes on and on. The only blood enemy who has managed to fuck up his life is Nick Rekieta but he did that after you started gargling his balls again.

However, I do think that by doing more drugs on livestream while shaking that grizzled pile of pig flesh will someday own everyone. Keep it up.
