If he picked anyone but Kamala then it is a confession that she is just a diversity hire and makes the nomination not locked down so all the Dem bottomfeeders will fight tooth and nail for the nomination and makes the whole party look even more retarded at the convention. With the Clintons endorsing her it seems like Kamala is the sacrificial lamb for this round.

I keep seeing people say this, and I get that it's a bitch legally to change the money over to another, but when has law (especially fiscal law) ever stopped the dems? They're toying Kamala and are going to wait for Biden's issues to calm down before finding someone else to sacrifice, and by that time dem voters will have conveniently forgotten the DNC's legal obligations.
Well I'm not an expert on this, I too am repeating it to an extent. But I would guess it depends whose legal rights are being trampled over - yours or mine? Sure, they will because we don't have the resources to fight back. But if some wealthy donor or company donated several million to Biden-Harris because they expect quid pro quo on some backroom handshake and another party just comes in and takes their money instead, they have the resources to raise Hell about the legality of that.
Trump needs a 10+ point margin to actually win. Otherwise ballot printer goes Brrrrr in the swing states and it will be a repeat of 2020 with endless stacks of mail in ballots showing up at 3 am marked 100% Harris. The election "fortifications" used in 2020 have been codified into law. Large scale ballot harvesting operations, drop boxes, ballots postmarked after election day has effectively been legalized.
I genuinely don't believe there is any margin that gets Trump victory. He could have a historic 50 state sweep and it won't matter, they'll steal it from him. And the American people will do nothing about it. Even if they recognize it was stolen, they'll still do nothing, just whine and complain and meme about how Kamala didn't legitimately win the election, and conservatives/anyone not fanatical Democrat will become permanently depressed voters as they realize their vote means nothing.
