aside, him bragging about using Bloodfiend's Arm, one of the best DLC weapons even after its nerf, to beat Radahn is sad. I guess it wasn't doing shield poking for status like I expected but even after the nerf that weapon's R2 is the best way of proccing bleed in the game, so much so it punches through 720 bleed resist like it's standard AND keeps bleed up with bloodflame. It shouldn't be nerfed again but it's also not a weapon I'd praise anyone for beating any part of the game with. Dude's the 4000th up Everest and expects the same press as the first hundred.

He is however adamant he's going to play the new MvC collection that's coming out very soon and I've got high hopes that it will be a shit show. Phil has repeatedly said he was way more in to MvC2 than Street Fighter when he was growing up and was terrible at it even back then. Now 20 years out of practice and no knowledge of what's been discovered in the past 20 years by fightcade nerds, he's going to get bodied by any remotely good person he plays. Expect a lot of "THAT DOESN'T WORK IN THE REAL GAME" and "YEAH, THEY FUCKED IT UP. THEY FUCKED THE PORT UP" for about a week before he goes back to cherry picking matches and one and doneing in SF6.

MVC2 (and the other VS games too) will make SF6 salt look like nothing. Can't wait for:

I'd even argue you have to be faster on the sticks to be good at the VS games than you do at SF6. I honestly don't think there is a SF game Phil is good at besides Super Turbo. Maybe using broken characters in 3rd Strike, but as much as SF6 salt has gotten old, VS game salt will be great.

Meanwhile, Justin Wong can literally take any 3 characters in MVC2 and make them work.

Cammy is in grand finals at EVO, the world's biggest open tournament. DSP is gonna bitch so hard tomorrow if she wins.
Also the very first match of the top 6, one of the players was a pattern playing morahn and threw 4 times in a row. DSP says that top players don't play like that.

I'll be honest, I miss the days when begging excuses were daily bills, surprise bills and the legendary Two Big Bills. It was funny seeing his two caveman braincells trying to think of the most surreal reasons for why you should give him money. Remember back on Twitch when the beg in the first half of the month was "Tip me now because I won't get my Twitch payment until the 15th," then he was silent on the 15th, then the day later he said "tip me because I'll only get paid by Twitch next month?" First of all, I'll be brutally honest and say that I haven't listened to a full stream (or even just a Copecast) since 2021 and that I can only stomach raw uncut Phail for 15 minutes at a time max. He's become so insufferable, even when I'm mindlessly grinding in a videogame and can pay attention to something else I can't fucking listen to that meandering mealy-mouthed faggot anymore. I'm saying this because I can't tell you for sure but it does seem like every single type of beg except for "I want this expensive toy HINT HINT HINT" and "da trollz fucked me over, tip me" have been completely replaced with "If you like the fact that I did [minor thing], tip me"
