If I had to speculate, she was probably semi-friendly to Boogie (or at least didn't bully him), he got ideas and made sexual overtures or otherwise got creepy towards her, and she nicely but firmly shut it down hard. This would explain why he would be thinking of her like that in the first place, but also why he has enough legitimate resentment and virgin rage to say "fuck her, she died of double cancer" or whatever it was. I know I'm replying to an old post but I was thinking about this picture recently after seeing Boggie's gf on the Lolcow Live stream. Provided this is a real picture he took I have a theory that this is part of his control over her. I think she is self-conscious about her fivehead and he took this picture to make her feel bad about it as a way to make her think she can't get anyone better than him. People in manipulative relationships will often do things like this to maintain control over the person they're with.
