When pressed on this issue he repeatedly claims that Dezi has a medicinal license/medical card, but I don't think he gets specific about whether it's out of MO or AR. He just repeats 'medicinal' like different states don't have different laws and it's a get out of jail free card, people have absolutely brought up to him on Twitter how it's illegal to transport across state lines so he's obviously aware but I don't think I've ever seen him address it directly before.

If its her parents purchasing it, it would be in MO, and Boogies idea of "medicinal" includes Shrooms, which are federally illegal in addition to only being legal on the state level in Oregon IIRC (apparently they are legal federally if they haven't undergone germination, which produces the psilocybin that generates the "desired effects"). His definitions of mental disorders, whats socially acceptable, whats legal, etc etc, are entirely in service of whatever he wants the narrative to be in the moment. He doesn't care that hes committed a felony multiple times and exposed his child brides family to legal scrutiny.

What the fuck is wrong with him?? I understand joking about dark shit (not like him being an edge lord just in general) but to cheerily joke about your dead father like that is fucking awful. Not the first time he's done it either. Normal people don't joke about a dead kid or a dead parent like that. He's a psychopath, I'm not being hyperbolic.
Also, I do find it interesting how Boogie has avoided forced hospitalization after six or seven confirmed welfare checks (two just last week), and at this point hundreds of suicide threats. Normally if you even say you are suicidal you are admitted. I had a friend at 18 who called the suicide hotline and said they were not going to hurt themselves, but that they needed someone to talk to, and the hotline worker pretended to care about what they were saying until a cop showed up and forced him to go to the hospital. He was only there for 24 hours but they charged him like $1k and nearly forced him into the psych ward. He was scared shitless from having his freedom stripped from him and it fucked him up so much he never help treatment again. Or at least while I knew him, hopefully he's doing better.
Similarly, I knew one person who simply said they had suicidal thoughts to a doctor and they put him on a court order for a 72 hour hold that ended up being six days. He did not say he had a plan and was not making threats like Boogie. He was the only sane person in basically a jail with a bunch of violent and deranged people (like thinking they are Jesus deranged) and has literal PTSD from it. He missed an entire week of classes and nearly got kicked out of his school's choir, I think he actually missed a dress rehearsal or something important. All he did was say "I've been having suicidal thoughts" and this happened to him. Also something really fucked up was done to him by an authority figure that would really damper the mood here if I said it but just trust me when I say it was bad. Punitively, the 12-15 minute ambulance ride was $1k, and the six day "treatment" was $8k.
Boogie, however, gets to threaten it over and over again including with weapons. If any one of us held up a fucking knife on the internet and threatened to slit our wrists we'd be hospitalized. This fat piece of shit gets to do it all willy nilly and nothing happens. Similarly, if any one of us invited someone to our house and shot a gun off and later got on a stream talking about killing ourselves we'd be 5150'd.
I just hate how this fat fuck is constantly handled with kid gloves. Even after the welfare check in 2018ish that caused his 7 part meltdown about cops, he continued to say he was going to kill himself, even detailing a plan and a timeline and nothing happened.
I'm sorry, it just makes me MATI. Any normal person that gets 7 welfare checks is at least going to be held under observation until they make a decision. The fact that Boogie still to this day threatens suicide with no consequences really fucks me off. There are so many people that make the mistake of saying the "s" word to a therapist and get their lives wrecked and this worthless cunt gets to do it for years and nothing happens to him. He constantly makes a mockery of real problems and it's one of the worst things about him. Rape, cancer, autism, abuse, nothing is off limits for the Boogster.
