If you try and commit suicide with OTC pain medications it can lead to liver failure. If I was in the hospital with liver toxicity I would not be posting about it on bluesky or telegram tho. Just another attention-seeking episode. He will return, the cycle continues.

I can believe that he's sick, but it certainly doesn't seem like anything life-threateningly urgent, at least for the time being. What's interesting is that feminising HRT is known to cause liver damage:
