- pointing out the 11th Circuits near absolute rule that forbids re-transfering a transferred case. To prevent the legal fuckery Russ is asking for.
- once again pointing out that Russ Failed to respond to the motion to transfer. At all.
- pointing out that the Plaintiff continues to bring malicious and infounded claims of harassment, that have no relation to the copyright claims, and which have already been ruled on and dismissed by the Federal Court. He is using his copyright claim to attempt to relitigate his imagined harassment claims.
- pointing our that Russ fails to grasp that he is the Plaintiff. He is the moving party. His repeated failures and refusals to prosecute the case does prejudice the defendant.
- Russ's exhibits of evidence are invalid, inadmissible, defamatory and likely sanctionable. Russ continues to refuse a scheduling conference to set Discovery where this shit can be examined.
- Russ has once again submitted a fraudulent service address to the court. Yet another example of his failure to prosecute.

I am more and more thinking the Judge will look at this, see the easy out of failure to prosecute and toss the whole bloody thing.
