She realized her prop (and that's all Karen is to her btw) won't get her what she wants--lots of asspats and special privileges to go with it. So in turn she just stopped caring about trying to pass her 1 year old untrained prop off as a service animal and pretends that whole dumb little escapade never happened. I dunno, I wouldn't be surprised if she decided that she could more effectively farm asspats by doing the service dog stuff less frequently - people tend to get desensitised if they see the same content again and again (c.f. disaster fatigue)
