I think what he’s saying is anti semitism is a mirror of Jewish identity itself. “Jews are special, we are a special people with a special destiny” is mirrored but the anti semite saying “yes but specially bad!”
SCB seems to be arguing Jewish identity itself isn’t real-it’s a constructed identity like any other. The ultra orthodox rabbi that believes in a trans historical Jewishness that exists for all time and has no specific historical dimensions or peculiarities is copied by the anti semite who agrees but instead of seeing the God chosen nation of priests, sees a uniquely malevolent creature that exists apart from all others.
I’m probably being too charitable but the gist of his argument is anti semitism replicates the same assumptions and prejudices officially sanctioned Jewish identity is built on “we are different we are special” “the Goyim are godless, heathen, stupid and we have to bring them the light” “Jews are uniquely malevolent, cunning and egotistical, and see other groups as I stupid, servile and deserving rulership”.

Yeah I disagree. Historical and current anti semitism absolutely imparts a uniqueness to Jews. In some quarters, I’ve seen the Jews described as demonic, or coming from another dimension or alien. In the sense they are in fact, not human like the rest of us. They are something else.

For what it's worth, my "anti-semitism" is based on the fact that Judaism teaches its adherents that it's perfectly okay to defraud, harm, lie, betray, and kill non-Jews. If I recall correctly, even in a case where a matter is to be judged between an obviously evil guilty Jew and an innocent gentile, the Jew must side with the Jew. Given that this is the case, Judaism is simply incompatible with a civilized society, and thus must be treated as the hostile entity that it is.
Since Islam has similar provisions, treating infidels as animals that are simply there to be slaughtered, and that the word of Allah supercedes all "secular" law, it is similarly incompatible with a civilized society and must be treated as hostile.
That said, non-practicing, or "on paper only" Jews and Muslims accordingly and presumably don't commit such acts of aggression and are thus not guilty of them
