Yup; and if you do find an NHS dentist that's taking on new patients you're still going to be paying. The oft quoted "free treatment" or, for the slightly less dishonest, "free at the point of delivery" mantra of the defenders of the NHS is a lie. NHS dental treatment is charged for though, to be fair, it's far cheaper than private treatment.

It's a convergence of a lot of skirmishes happening at once, the most notable ones being the powers that be quietly withdrawing their support for trannies, Twitter no longer being as pozzed, trannies acting like trannies, etc.
They are still loud and obnoxious as ever, the only difference is that there is no one holding a megaphone in front of their faces anymore.
It is indeed ending though. I can't see them going back, maybe in a hundred years once we fail to learn from history again and we get cyberpunk trannies.

Exactly, I'm in agreement, the tide definitely seems to be turning "professionally" lately. The NHS declaring sex is biological and stopping trannies in female only wards the other day is also massive.

There's been some hubbub for a few years now in Europe about the need to change direction with trans care, based on the studies coming out from Scandinavia and the Netherlands that didn't show significant improvements with all the increases in access to "healthcare" for trans identified people, especially younger ones. This is compounding with more and more support for real sex segregation in the face of observable evidence in things like assault rates. The UK released statistics that showed that trans prisoners were more likely to be incarcerated for sex crimes than even the normal male population.
This evidence is working its way into the halls of power, and this is leading to a shift in policy which tranny advocates are correctly identifying as something that will throw up the walls to care again.
The only issue is that they are delusional and don't understand that this isn't a set of Nuremberg laws but an attempt to keep them from mutilating and permanently crippling themselves. There's nothing in the Cass report or anywhere else that is implying they are going to make transitioning impossible. All the moves the UK is taking are sensible evidence based choices even if you believe that trans people should have the right to transition. Targetting black market drug production and distribution is not an attack on trannies, it's literally protecting them from being scammed or worse. Only in the fever dream imaginations of these autists and their enablers does this become the Troonuremberg laws.

I’m sure it’s not the only reason but one reason is: they went after Mumsnet
The website is extremely popular and mainly women just chatting about parking , breastfeeding etc. it’s got its faults but it’s a genuinely useful resource as a new parent and I’d imagine most mums use it.
So when the Troon army decided that they wanted to club it into submission they tried to get MN to dox some of their anti-Troon users. I say anti Troon but it was really mild stuff like ‘there’s a man in the girls changing rooms and I’m not terribly sure this is ok.’
Anyway they really went after Mn, and I think that’s where an awful lot of women who had previously been live and let live got exposed to troons for the first time. I’d never really even considered they existed but they had to implement set of speech rules about what you could and couldnt say. Now that was clever because it allowed discussion while keeping the place free from the Uks ridiculous hate laws but it drove the troons into a frenzy.
The resulting shenanigans basically peak transed literally hundreds of thousands of mums overnight. Where the troons got it hilariously wrong is thinking that these women were all mummies who are of no consequences or power. But like i said, , almost everyone uses mumsnet when they’ve got very young kids. Some of us have connections or direct power . Some of us decided that if we couldnt talk safely online we’d do it down the pub in real life. Some of us are in places of power directly or via marriage or family.
They completely misunderstood how women wield power becasue THEY ARE MEN. They assumed that a good slap would sort the silly mummers ladies out, and all that happened was the ladies decided to use female power, which is a word in the ear of a minister at teatime, telling them in no uncertain terms they are to sort this out.
Not the only thing going on I’m sure, but certainly one very significant one. I know becasue I was part of it

It's thanks to the fact that the NHS is a publicly funded healthcare system. Every treatment offered is paid for by the bong public which is a bitter pill to swallow when we're talking about castrating kids. Also, the NHS is constantly on the edge of collapse, any money spent on these freaks could be better spent else where.
Put yourself in the shoes of a Bong. You try to get an appointment to see a GP over some issue, yet you can't because the system is breaking down because they spend recourses (that you pay for) on letting loons castrating kids.

Interesting...as I thought that mumsnet was only one forum among many online that catered to new mothers. I imagine the prospect of having children that might hop on the troon train might also be a real concern for many parents.
I have heard similar things about how the trans-visibility UK organization, Mermaids, is really overstepping its bounds on how it has been going after teenagers and preteens and is promoting sending them off to the surgical chop-shop with a rubberstamp, which is causing an uproar among parents. Mermaids is also one of the main enemies of the LGB Alliance who is directly opposed to including troons/pooners in issues affecting LGB people.
I am not sure where I stand on the whole "feminism" issue, as I have many disagreements with the political stances of the movement as a whole, but I will dissect those in another thread someday. On some issues however, I think it does have a point, particularly when it comes to how troons are invading women's spaces and silencing actual women, and more and more women are becoming pooners as they will outnumber troons at this rate.

I remember stumbling on this site when I was writing the Homebrew HRT thread and I was horrified at the stuff they sold.
Aside from prescription HRT products
They sold other nasty prescription stuff as well. It wasn't just HRT, they were legitimately peddling prescription drugs. I could be wrong but I think I saw ephedrine too, which is used to make methamphetamines.
I might even have some archives, I'll have to look into my messy folders.

It is, there are many. The demographic of MN members is broad and I think they have millions of uk members- and there are many women on it who have significant pull in the real world. I only know the small group I talked to IRL, but they have some interesting connections. Repeat times a few hundred and that’s a lot of small actions. It’s just one push of many I’m sure but it helped change a few minds I know personally IRL.
Glad to see the MHRA start to take names. I wasn’t terribly pleased with their actions over coof jabs but otherwise my interactions with them over the years have always been pleasant, and they still have teeth
