Is there a specific reason people of gender love this game? I watched my cousin play it and there were lots of avatars with pride shit.

It's a multiplayer horror game. Emphasis on horror, VHS is similar to DBD and VHS actually has MORE pozzed shit right out the gate than DBD does to be honest. Anyways, if you boot up Shudder, the dedicated streaming service for horror enthusiasts and horror content you'll find garbage like RuPaul's Spooky Drag show front and center there, along with a 4-part Queer Horror documentary and a dozen other pro-LGBTQIAA+++ stuff. Interestingly enough though, if you look at the ratings and comments the service isn't policed by reddit jannies as the userbase will regularly neg-rate the gay shit and openly review/post comments like "this is gay, didn't need to be so gay, why so gay tho" and it stays up.

I just wanted to point out that most, if not all, autoimmune disorders can be exacerbated by estrogen. Which is one of the explanations for women being so much more affected by them than men.

This one in particular has a connection to tumors in the testis, some of which produce estrogen.
