I love when the DSP personas don't agree on things...

DSP the gamer chides you for judging Another Crab's Treasure for its art style and graphics
DSP the news man chides developers for not being able to develop games that aren't choppy and perform at 1080p 60fps consistently

The script also flips depending on the narrative. If DSP the gamer & DSP the news man agree (lets say on TLOU2, FF16), then it's even more toxic. You have DSP the gamer shitting on a game and DSP the news man actively platforming news that re-enforces that.

Phil is such a weirdo, it's at the point where any time he's talking, you're liable to get gold from his dumbass thoughts.

I still remember when Phil fought against the Looking Glass Knight in DS2.
He had been spamming the Lighting Spears spell for the entire game, cheesing every encounter. Just like he's doing now in ER.

However, the Looking Glass Knight is extremely resistant to spell damage, and not to mention he has a big ass shield that reflects every spell, so hitting him is insanely hard and does very little damage even if you manage.

You could see Phil's face feel fear for the first time when he realized this is the first boss he couldn't cheese in DS2. And then he ranted for one hour about FromSoftware developers nerfing his legit build lol.
Truly an epic moment.

It's kinda whats been happening with his retarded "poise magic glass cannon build". All this faggot knows what to do is cheese. He has no real fundamentals.
Just perching himself at a safe distance but enough to lock on, pick a spell, and just mash that fuckin cast button with no remorse.

Now he's at Haligtree that shit is not working with him at all. This dude seemed to have forgotten how to fuckin have any stam management, and forgot how to roll all together because all he's been doing is sittin back like a faggot and spammin spells willy nilly.

I have no idea how he's going to beat Malenia unless he gets extremely lucky with her stuck in a corner and never using her waterfowl. I'm sure he will find a way.

Dsp doesnt have skills or even grasps the fundamentals of the games he plays. Those game that require even a modicum of skill get power pushed until the game feels pity or he is lucky. Which is why he like walking simulators or games that require next to no input or they are so braindead easy that he can just play them without challenge. Now add to all this the fact of age which even though im aware that with age, reflexes and coordination start to drop, this fat fuck is 40-something. I have seen people in his age range or higher play games smart and without problems. Hell correct me here but i remember there was a granny that played skyrim. He mostly doesn't give a shit about video games so anything that requires active engagement is bad, he wants to auto pilot games to the end. Pretty clear example of this is how he complained that Baldur's Gate 3 had unique encounters with their own mechanics for every single fight in the game, he complained about having to "re-learn the game every fight" and having to read things. Meanwhile precisely that variety in encounters and the fact that each fight is hand-tailored and unique has been one of the most praised aspects of the game by every critic and tons of players. However for Phil the superior RPG encounter design is every fight being beatable by spamming A. Reminder that he thinks Final Fantasy XIII is great, no prizes for guessing why.

Now add to all this the fact of age which even though im aware that with age, reflexes and coordination start to drop, this fat fuck is 40-something. I have seen people in his age range or higher play games smart and without problems.

That kind of thing doesn't matter that much in Fromsoft games. Everyone is slow as shit, the player and the enemies have really slow, overexaggerated attacks and movements. You just need to learn their pattern and then apply your counter, whether that be blocking then attacking, rolling then attacking, parrying, or simply walking around them if it's a really linear move. It's not like the Ninja Gaiden games on the 360 where you had to learn the enemies' movements and attacks which were fast as fuck and then also having to deal with a group of them swarming you at once at all times.

I know I'm doing the meme but the Souls games really aren't that hard, they require way more of your brain than they do your twitch reflexes, you can make things so much easier for yourself by using the environment or items at your disposal to your advantage. Experience matters a lot, which what makes the fact that Phail has been playing a From game once a year at this point but he still plays each and every one of them like he's playing one for the first time even more wild. He still backs up into walls all the time, when he gets swarmed and wants to run away from the fight he runs forwards into unknown areas only to aggro even more enemies, he still panicrolls all the time, he rolls at the beginning of an enemy's windup rather than learning when they strike (this has gotten even worse in the newer From games where enemies have ridiculously long windups), he still panic chugs right after getting hit, causing him to get hit right after he heals or chugging twice when he only needed to chug once etc.

Hold up, Phil is saying he has to pay $200 to renew his vehicle registration. Can anyone confirm/deny this amount? I don't pay anywhere near that much, and I live in a state where pretty much nothing is on the cheap side.
I know some states have extra registration fees for electric vehicles and hybrids, but as far as I know he just has a regular gasoline vehicle.
That amount just sounds insanely high to me, and I'm having a really hard time believing it.

I don’t have an answer to your question but given how Phil’s supporters have acted for years, almost as a rule, I would put money on 1MM not being gone and already having started giving Phil money in some other, less-public, way.

I don't believe Renton has a Transportation Benefit District fee, so registering his vehicle shouldn't cost more than $70. But if they did the usual fee is $20, so $90.

Edit: I guess to add some numbers to how we get to about $70

$4.50 registration filing fee
$30 License tab fee
$8 Service fee
Then (as long I'm not misremembering) his vehicle should only have a $25 weight class fee (Vehicle under 4000 pounds)

I think that's a big thing that many successful streamers do that Phil refuses to nurture - the idea of a whole community that follows them.

And more specifically, this community having the ability to absolutely mock and fuck with said streamer.

DougDoug? His entire streams are based around chat interaction, between constantly getting his ass kicked in make believe war scenarios where it's him vs his chat to conquer space, to hosting a homebrew one-shot DnD campaign with his chat, to literally giving his chat control over devtools in a game he's playing.

Failboat? He regularly makes bets with his chat, bets he tends to lose, and as such he has to do ridiculous things like take his entire chat to a romantic spaghetti dinner. He also usually has a chatbot that reads player messages with a little digital puppet that mocks him more often than not.

RTGame? His chat almost literally killed him, legitimately, during his Hitman charity streams, because he was laughing so hard after making the "Joel gets mad because sandwich" donation alert sound. - he has a known lung condition which makes prolonged hard laughter actually harmful to him. Which at the time meant he had to kill some random person on the map (which of course you're not supposed to do in a Hitman game), and he always rapidly ended up banking more kills than could be performed on every single NPC on a given map.

Phil likes to tell his dents about chargebacks because it paints a dire picture to generate sympathy from them. It would serve Phil MORE if it were 1MM doing the chargebacks because it would become an even bigger emergency (the bigger emergency the better for DSP).
