He already had the chance to go years ago with his one true soulmate John Rambo (who earned his spot in a Japanese Super Turbo tournament while phil choked) and let the opportunity pass him by and you already know why: he had a haht new release gayming schedule to adhere to. If Rambo couldn't convince him to waste a bunch of money to tag along and autistically film everything they did to upload to his vlahgging channel then there's no way in hell Kat's getting him to travel any farther than curls n' twirls.

Sorry I have to point this out because it's so weird. Why did he do his "uh huh" face after saying his point? It's such a fucking alien pretending to be a human thing to do, it's like something in his head was programmed like [if conclusive argument = yes then = execute smug facial reaction to emphasize point]

Really their issue is that visiting Japan involves a ton of walking if you actually want to see shit so fatties don't get too far from the main tourist sites. Phil considers walking up and down his hallway a couple times to be actual exercise.

I think their bigger issue is to really enjoy a vacation, especially someplace outside of your country, you need at least an ounce of creativity. Phil hates Japanese culture, but Khet doesn't seem particularly interested in it either. I know she listed it as a place she'd like to visit, but I think it was a pretty generic answer. Gun to her head, I don't think she'd be able to elaborate on *why* she wanted to go to Japan, or list specific places she wanted to go. I don't even know if she could give vague answers like "I'd be cool to see the shrines" or whatever. Not to mention neither of them would handle little things like currency conversions and the language barrier particularly well.

For Phil especially, I think it'd be hell since he seems to dislike Japanese culture. If we're being generous, they'd maybe go to a zoo (because that is one of Phil's weird vacation/time off fixations) otherwise...yeah, it'd just be hotel and eating. Depending on the time of year, he'd also be miserable because of the weather and lack of multiple AC units.

I'd genuinely be shocked if they even managed to take a vacation to Seattle. A proper vacation, not just zoo + weekend in the hotel.
 
Wouldn't be surprised if those new robust facial tics are a result of 1MM fucking off. And he used to be Phail's favorite type of fan too - he gave him money without even being on stream, let alone saying anything, and he fucked off. He took him for granted and now that the guaranteed $150 per week is gone he's panicking.

Though someone pointed out it's a low self esteem thing as constant validation is the only thing that soothes this piglet

First off, he is not doing the flight there. Being in Seattle means he has one of the shortest flights in the US to Tokyo, but even at its shortest it is still over 10 hours, and that flight is expensive. The cheaper flights are 2 stops and over 15 hours. If his back is as fucked up and dodgy as he says it is, ain't no way he is sitting on a plane for that long.

Trying to navigate Tokyo is overwhelming. Apple Maps and Google maps do give you solid directions for trains and such, but that doesn't mean it is a walk in the park. Trying to get around Shinjuku station is an absolute maze, and may God help him if he finds himself in one of their (really fucking cool) underground subway stations/shopping malls. He would probably break every courtesy custom multiple times like handing money to the cashiers, standing on the left side or in the middle of an escalator, stabbing his food with chopsticks, and other stupid shit.

He would do better in a place like Thailand where he could be a dirty slob and not one is going to bat an eye.

Terribly. He'd complain about everything despite only going to tourist traps, we'd only get his hotel-style vlahgs(not a snowball's chance in hell he would stay in a Ryokan), and he would absolutely take shots at the Japanese FGC
