Back in October 2022 a girl named Autumn posted on Twitter that Adam was the reason she quit Rooster Teeth. After that, he and Aaron deleted their YouTube channel (Null + Void) as well as their Patreon.
Another thing that's important to note about Autumn is Bruce Greene's wife.
I was about to say. That same Autumn is now Bruce's wife and mother of their daughter.

…. Fuck, I forgot about that. I’m surprised Bruce didn’t kick his fucking ass.
I don't expect Adam and Bruce friendship to ever get fixed after that.

Crosspost from Death Battle.

Tuned in to their livestream, and following May 10th they’ll no longer be posting on YouTube because they’ll be losing access to the channelVer archivo adjunto 5932064

Internet Box worth listening to for the first time these days? I need my early RT podcast fix but don't want to relisten yet again.
I'd say yeah, it's about 130 episodes, they quit around 120 because half the cast were getting too busy with RT stuff, and then came back for three more bonus episodes so they could win an award, then promised to bring it back monthly for a year but I think they only did seven, can't remember.

It's fun and there's a lot of autism, especially because they were all bronies at the time. There are some great moments, like Barbara getting mad that Sunny88p doesn't think she's hot, and then being pissed because everyone upvotes his questions for the Q&A they do at the end.

Speaking of which, does anyone have "Andy's Crazy Night"? The video where Michael, Lindsay, Gavin and Andy were at a con together and Andy got some drunk he had trouble standing up. I can only find this version where they showed it at a panel, I think Michael might have deleted it from his channel.

I don't get it, why wouldn't the death battle staff make it's own youtube channel and upload everything there? Warner bros won't sue because it doesn't know it exists nor would the company even care, and roosterteeth staff are too poor to afford a lawyer.
Because those idiots need to pay their animators and editors. Thus can't go it by themselves. instead of doing the correct thing of firing most of the people and going back to their roots of barebones staff.

Imagine Craig steps up to buy the brand and they have to work for him again!!!

I’d probably wager because the channel is just the old ScrewAttack channel rebranded. RT may still have control that way.

The FTC just announced that you can start a competitive company even if your NDA states you cannot, so why not start Kill Fight?
They may not have the resources and/or manpower to continue their work without RT subsidizing them. Money can be crowdfunded but who knows what other ways they made their lives easier? Even then, that FTC ruling will likely be challenged in court and subject to injunctions for months, if not years.

I’ve always said that Death Battle would be trying Patreon if they left RT. They’re already doing channel memberships.

I absolutely hate this kind of community outreach posts where they say "We're still trying to process" when they should have known that the channel around them has been walking towards the chopping block for years now.
How were they suppose to know that a company that had been bleeding money for years and was being shopped around for a buyer would eventually get shuttered? Most of the people at RT were living under the assumption that eventually they would just strike it gold like the old days and money would just start pouring in, that's why it was a blindside to them.

There are a lot of people who hold onto hope so strongly that they refuse to prepare for the worst or make peace with what will most likely happen.

Guess one of the pre-requisites for getting a job at RT is Be completely unaware of your surroundings unless a diversity hire is crying on Twitter about something, then you should care and emphatize or
This is your regular reminder that we happily and proudly stand for social justice. We have no tolerance for racism, sexism, or harassment of any kind. If you're not with us - this isn't an airport, no need to announce your departure.

Hold on, is this true about Meg being laid off because she didn't want to sell her stuff through RT?
Also RT let Meg Turney go because she did risque photoshoots and sold her own line of merchandise and RT wanted her to sell it through their store so they could get a cut of the money.

It wasn't really being "laid off" as much as "I have way more fame, money and dirt then all of you so cut me lose or your fucked". This was back when she was somewhat attractive and its clear that RT was simply getting more in the way of her making money than helping her to make money at that point.

So they amicably cut ties, at least officially.
