Dude Spaghetti-Os are even easier than ramen - you can just dump the can in a bowl and microwave it if you want to be really ghetto about it. Even ramen requires more steps.

Iirc the oldest is 15 & will turn 16 this year (summer?) They can get the learners permit at 15 but can only drive with an adult until 16. Depends on the state but I remember it as either take driving classes & get the license at 16 (if all classes are taken & passed, plus have X amount of hours driving practice). Without taking the training classes a person can apply to take the driving test written & practical, at 18.
