I watched this video and my god Ethan Klein is worst then I knew. I am going to assume everyone here is familiar with Ethan's former Cohost Hasan Piker. I hate Hasan and as some of you might know I am a regular on his thread.
Ethan is somehow more hypocritical then Hasan.
I always wondered, what does an Ethan Klein fan look like ? What does that say about you ?

I came back to finish the last of the video today and Christ Ethan’s cult is insufferable. They’re pretending everything in the video is old and can be hand waved. No.

So we all know Ethan's famous moment where he told people to bomb the NRA meet thing.
If Hypothetically an H3 fan did do that and it could be proven they were an H3 fan and Ethan saying that is why they did it, could Ethan face legal charges ? If so what charges ?

He would have to have some kind of intimate connection to the person or the group in the US. And likely even that wouldn't hold much weight in a courtroom if he was not directly involved in the planning and carrying out of said plans. One could make an legal argument that he was part of the planning if the gives them the time, date and location on his podcast. But its a weak legal argument in the US since all that information would be publicly available anyways.
He might get charged with inciting panic since he is doing this to a large audience of live listeners, but again its a very weak legal argument on shaky ground in the US.
If he was in Europe, merely inciting can get you locked up because Europe is a dystopian hellhole with few protections for freedom of speech.
