This is a not just a male symptom though. I know a women who was a psych case and got galactorrhea as a side effect from taking an antipsychotic (risperidone). She had no kids and never been pregnant, so would you feed her "milk" to a child?

It may resemble milk that mother's produce, but sure as hell isn't caused by the same process (child birth) and wouldn't have the same nutritional value of a mother's milk. I understand some women can't breastfeed, there are many options to fed their child (formula, wet nursing etc) but why on earth would anyone want to substitute mother's milk with such poor imitation?

Not breaking anything to me, I know men are capable of lactation but it has absolutely nothing to do with milk, which is why I said "milk" in the comment. Male galactorrhea is usually accompanied by gynecomastia and is a symptom of an underlying condition like testosterone deficiency, serious hormone imbalance, conditions of the pituitary gland, tumors, cancer etc. The thing lactated from the gynecomastic manboob is not milk, it's the body screaming as hard as it can that there's something very wrong going on. It is milk. It's low-volume and almost certainly contains traces of whatever drug was used to promote lactation (eg domperidone). However, it's still regular milk, not meaningfully different to what women produce.
