Found this funny. Some guy replies to a story about a 57 year old woman being assaulted with a picture of Singaporean prime minister Lee Kuan Yew and gets called a fascist by some retard.

But it gets even better. When asked if he thinks the action of releasing the man who assaulted this woman is problematic, he says this:

So I looked into him a little bit more, and it turns out he's been doxed by an account called "RaygunGroyper" which is pretty much exclusively dedicated to doxing leftists on Twitter.

Initially I was expecting this person to get accused of "Zionism" for not supporting TJD and opposing Arab or Muslim supremacy... but then she(?) immediately contradicted all of this by demanding support for Hamas.

I think in this case the poster has respect for the pre-transition name more than the post-transition name... but sure, let's "keep affirming them" even if the new name sounds a lot weirder. The "beautiful complexity" of "should I really warn them of their name choice and risk being called a bigot" or "I'll let it slide and let others tell them their new name is weird instead"? Then if they do something else that's weird, you have to worry about calling them out on that... and so on.
I mean, I try and find out who I want to become every day, but that doesn't mean I can just do something and have to be "affirmed" constantly because of it, if I make a dumb/bad choice I want to be called out on it. Though I don't believe changing your name is something dumb, if you choose a name that's more likely to make you look weird, you're kind of asking for other people to raise an eyebrow when your new name is called.

These people are stupid. A real friend should tell you that your new name you picked is retarded, trans shit or no. Hearing it from someone you respect is how you test whether it's really the name you want to go with.

Mildred isn't a stupid name. Its only stupid sounding because a mentally ill grown man is taking the name and not a couple naming their new born daughter after one of their grandmothers/great-grandmothers.
