I worked at a mall while in college. And the Santas were all old retired guys making side change (a guy I know still does it for Christmas parties and makes $600 a gig). The people who were Easter bunnies were all college girls. Never saw a dude working bunny detail. But that was 20 years ago, now its probably all hypes.
