📚 Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

Just stumbled across this girlie on reddit. She was in r/askdocs asking if this is 'normal' for 'top surgery'. Everyone is telling her she got fucked over lol
if you scroll back in the thread it is clear that she got an affirmative action doctor, a black woman from harvard medical school.

as much as it fucks over the patient, the doctor is fucked too. She is too much of a retard to do the job she spent 8 years 6 digits of debt for. it is ironic that the people who seek the most unnecessary surgeries are also the most likely to accept doctors on the basis of being marginalized or w/e, it is only going to get worse

Alright everyone, turns out we need to pack up and move on. Stinkditches aren't open wounds and you're a fool for believing they are. Archive.

Archive. It's a DELUSION guys. Just don't find his surgeon or any pics if the dude ever opens an OnlyFans.

(Of course he still has his dick. Most of them do, in fact, keep it.)

You can get a vulvaplasty instead:

ZERO PAPERS
ONE CASE REPORT
IT'S NOT A GAPING WOUND
YOU HAVE NOT SEEN ANY VAGINAS
YOU ARE ALL UNEDUCATED BIGOTED TRANSPHOBES
Not an open wound like a gunshot with blood always leaking out, sure. It may be hyperbolic to refer to it as an open wound.

It’s an open wound like a pierced ear. It’s a hole that closes if you don’t hold it open. So from now on just call them pierced crotches.

And call pierced ears “ear vaginas.”

Now that I realised this was posted before, it looks like she does nothing but post about her surgery since weeks. Looks like she's been posting about her botched surgery since at least a month and now a few days ago thought it was necessary to ask r/askdocs as well if her operation is normal or not. It's very clearly not normal to anyone who has eyes. She knows that, she almost immediately started asking for fundraising to get her a revision lol. At this point she's probably just attention whoring

The discharge from this ditch looks like pus, and theres another open wound under it from the dehiscence. This shit will get infected so fast....
sorry for butting in and fucking up the thread, (thread stitch get it!) but I would bet my months wages is if a doc took a swab that would have e.coli and and aspergelus in that wound. its not maybe infected, IT IS infected.
Enjoy feacal incontinance madam...

Patients suing Amsterdam UMC for botched facial surgeries in transgender care

Four patients are suing the Amsterdam UMC for damage allegedly caused by failed facial surgeries during their transgender care, Zembla reports. The four women underwent feminization interventions for their gender transition, and all say they suffered permanent injuries from the surgeries. “The hospital has made serious mistakes with vulnerable people,” lawyer Johan Oosterhagen, who represents the victims, said to Zembla.
All surgeries were performed by the same doctor, a surgeon from the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery (MKA). The four patients also say that the surgeon persuaded them to undergo more procedures than they wanted. The Amsterdam hospital has not acknowledged liability, but has paid out compensation of 35,000 euros to one of the patients.

One patient had surgery on her forehead and nose in 2021. After the operation, she had a crack in the base of her skull. Amsterdam UMC says that it is “not likely” that the tear is the result of the surgery. But on an audio recording in Zembla’s possession, an ENT doctor from the Amsterdam hospital can be heard telling the patient that the tear “occurred after the operation, so undoubtedly it had something to do with that.”

Another patient underwent a jaw correction in 2016. The saw blade got stuck during the jaw surgery and had to be pried loose, breaking off a piece of bone, according to the case she filed against the hospital in 2023. The surgeon replaced the bone fragment loose. A professor appointed by the court as an independent expert called that the wrong decision. The patient then underwent a facelift, which was performed incorrectly and without medical necessity, the expert notes.

Since the surgeries, the patient has an asymmetrical face, constant pain, large scars, and hair loss. The expert also said that the information provided by the surgeon does not meet the professional standards. The complication with the jaw surgery is noted in the surgical support, but Amsterdam UMC now denies that any mistakes were made, according to Zembla.

In the third case, the patient struggles with breathing problems and damaged vocal cords after a failed nose operation. And the fourth patient has a permanently drooping eyelid, leaving her eye almost closed.

All four victims say they received little information about the procedures and the associated risks. They also say that the surgeon encouraged them to undergo more operations than they wanted. In some cases, the hospital allegedly provided the insurer with incorrect information about the medical necessity of the procedure.

The hospital told Zembla that Amsterdam UMC always puts the “wishes and satisfaction of the care recipient first in the (offer of) treatment.” It denies that the patients received little to no information about the risks involved in the surgeries and says that operations are never performed without medical indication. The hospital says it can't comment on individual patients’ cases “due to privacy rules and medical confidentiality.”

Is it fair to say:
IT BEGINS!
The time of the reckoning,
the time of true TTD is nigh!
For the hammer of the fearsome lolsuit has dawned,
Yes, it is time,
now the day of reckoning via lolsuit BEGINS!

:hah:

While I'll agree it's definitely full of the low end of society at those places, not everyone is there to make ends meet or get money for their next fix. I get $500-600 for 8-10 hours of time a month. I let it add up for a few months usually and have a decent chunk to do whatever I want with it.
Wait, you got paid for plasma donation? Damn I feel scammed for being an eurofag :spudking:

I remember I posted an Italian paper earlier in this thread where the researchers actually point this out. Here's the excerpt:

"Here lies Asuka Nathan Sanchez-Weisenbaum. She had the deepest vagina possible."
What do you want on your troonstone.

most women aren't even aware of their depth until they find a guy that can't go balls deep and even then we only have an estimate
That seems like an untapped market.

The ones that want to be futas are the worst.
"I want you to burrow out a hot pocket in my perineum. Don't touch my penis. Don't even look at it. If you call it a penis I'll sue."
"...nigga what."
"My insurance covers it."
"Janine, prep the futa punch. 30 minutes or less, that's our promise to you."

There's the problem. Should have used a wad of chewed gum to secure it in place.

The upper and lower skin tone contrast caused by the bruising makes this my favorite. It's like Mengele did all the SS's speed and started sewing together multiple inmates.
There's so much of this thread that looks like colorized Nuremberg evidence.

Strong odor post op

This is so embarrassing and I'd advise anyone not to read this while eating but I'm at a loss and don't know where else to go with this question.

I'm 4 months post op PI. It's been a rollercoaster, especially in the beginninf but lately things have calmed down more. For the last three or four days however I have noticed a smell coming from my vagina that is gradually increasing in strength until today the last drop was my partner commenting on the strong odor that filled the house when I was dilating. When asked to describe it my own fears were confirmed: it smells like unwashed penis. Smegma basically. I don't know what could have caused this or what to do. I follow the hygiene and douching instructions of my surgeon, I clean it thoroughly with warm water after every dilation session, dry thoroughly immediately after and push down on my pelvic muscle so any fluid deeper inside can flow out. I even insert a tampon for about ten to twenty minutes after to absorb any remaining moisture. I make myself drink kefir every day. I never go near it with unwashed hands or dirty dilators. I use water based, ph friendly lube without glycerin or perfume. And still I now have this issue that it reeks to the high heavens the moment I drop my pants. It doesn't smell through clothes (yet) fortunately but I'm at my wit's end.

The scent is pungent and cheese-like. I have a very small amount of discharge on the daily, slightly yellowish in colour. When wiping the dilators after use, it's the same color, sometimes small curdles are in there as well.

I did have a silver nitrate treatment a few weeks ago but the shedding from that has long been over.

Can anyone think of what this could be and what I can do? Calling my surgeon's office is a given but I'd like your guys input too.
