What in the honest fuck is with this dude filming his gf in the bath and uploading it to youtube. It's seriously strange behavior. He complains about the "daughter" bit but the way he frames much of the narrative is paternal in tone. She seems like she isn't her own person or an adult and it's creepy as fuck.
She is always the object. It's an exception when she exerts any agency. Boogie is just too stupid to realize this? It isn't just the age gap it's the way he frames most interactions.
Also that old video was still more entertaining than anything he does these days. It was self deprecating and funny. Whereas now every video is try hard, awkward and cringe. Like he's trying to pretend to be something he isn't.

Insanely depressing to be a young lady turning 21 years old while living in a college town, and to celebrate by visiting "Ripley's Believe It or Not" off the side of the highway in Branson, MO. Then to be taken out to dinner in a Culver's parking lot. Boogie is making all the same jokes and taking all the same pictures as he did when the two of them filmed here just 8 months ago. Wow, Dezi, Boogie is truly going to give you the world!
There's something about the many repeat visits to Ripley's that continues to trip me up and that I just can not get over. It's all very, very sad and truly speaks to how uninteresting and boring Steven's life is. He now has 9+ videos filmed at Ripley's sideshow exhibits and refers to new locations as "bucket list" items to do before he dies. It often feels like they're the only people in there. This is Boogie's idea of culture.
On one of his old Seeking Arrangements profiles, Boogie bragged about how he loved traveling all around the world for both work and play. This was prior to the fight with Wings and before he'd ever owned a passport or left the country. This is what he was talking about.

she is trapped and will only leave when boogie dies. which will probably be sudden, heart attack. and any day now.
The only other option: I’m pretty sure shes not on just weed. even smoking your lungs out won’t cause you to be that drugged. I think she might also be on (boogies?) painkillers. So its also not completely out of the realm of possibility that she dies of an overdose herself, especially considering how skinny she is.
