If I were in his position, I would choose a location that is rural, difficult to access and doesn't charge people for shooting intruders. Buy a property that has only one, treacherous access road and enough land to garden and have chickens. .Then I would build a fence that includes the driveway. Hook up the Starlink and he is all set. Of all of the locations that meet that criteria, only one is affordable enough to buy with cash, Appalachia. Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia.

More because you can't just get legal residence in whateve country you pick (let alone permanently) if you don't have a legally valid reason to.

No country will make you renounce your citizenship if you become a permanent resident, you spacker. Your indefinite leave to remain needs to be glued to some passport after all. Not all countries require you to do it if you become a citizen either.

However, this case presents a somewhat uncommon issue, where the other Circuit Court's opinion is the only reason the case is even in a District Court. Is it res judicata? Is there even conceivably collateral estoppel? Is this a case of first impression? I'm pretty sure Russ is too dumb to navigate these waters.
