Only in the sense that I believe she will have at least one more pregnancy resulting in a living infant. If she's sexually active and not trying to avoid pregnancy, I think it's inevitable, and she is very obviously actively trying to get pregnant. She's also pretty young, which means she has plenty of years to try. Like I said, life finds a way. Our species has evolved to perpetuate itself, and so far, we have succeeded despite innumerable complications and cataclysms. The universe is absurd enough that Kim types are invariably hyperfertile, too.
I don't think that any subsequent pregnancies will "get past" her diabetes and vaping and general lifestyle, though. She'll never produce a healthy offspring.
(Not completely convinced on the Cushing's thing, but yeah, she's clearly not a healthy person.)

i agree kim having more kids probably isn't in the kids' best interest but i do feel bad for her if she's losing another one. although yes diabetes etc etc. still., that's a real life sad thing for someone to experience, versus sammie who is comparably upset about darnell "going to jackson" like that old johnnie cash song.
that previous fb live where sammie and darnell were fighting made their "relationship" sound horrendous rather than just dumb. it made it seem like darnell isn't allowed out of sammie's sight even if he's in constant phone contact with her. her wanting him around 24/7 is a bit more understandable with a newborn, but it seems like a longstanding policy. i think darnell is trash but i also think it's fucked up to not let your partner leave your supervision

Kim will be performatively upset but her actual feelings from her last two miscarriages don't seem to go past an average 6 year old losing a hamster. Sad, and needing to say goodbye with some ritual, but not much past that. Loss of two tugboats. She will never care (or maybe even comprehend) that all her selfish trashy habits kill her children, but I also agree that her genetic stock makes it an uphill battle from conception anyways.

I dont feel bad. Shes causing this. You can have diabetes and healthy kids, but you have to manage it. She smokes with her pregnancy and last pregnancy with mermaid and nutella she was caught smoking real cigarettes and vaping with nicotine. She doesnt care about her kids, if she did she wouldnt be with violent tard Dalton trying to breed a mutant, shed get a job to support herself and her son, shed stop medically neglecting him. Aiden is a check. She gets more benefits from food stamps and gets ssdi for him being a sped. She buys expensive shit like another engagement ring for the 5th time in November then begging for Christmas money for Aiden instead of spending wisely. She has no job but lives in filth with shit and piss on the floors.
Sammie didnt want him to go because he cheats a lot. Nobody would trust him. But I agree shes over the top and telling him she hopes his dad strokes is fucked. Honestly sammie does make a good point in the video that his family should be visiting them (probably the only time I'd agree with her). The baby is only 3 weeks. I think she uses PPD as an excuse to not take care of her baby and to try and manipulate Darnell back. I'm sorry it's perfectly normal for new moms fluctuating hormones to cry and be happy after birth. If Darnell was around shed be absolutely fine. Wonder if this fake PPD angle will lead to her losing custody.

Yeah I dont think itll be good if shes cramping and bleeding. I bled during pregnancy it happens. BUT it shouldnt be painful. You can bleed and baby be ok, depending on the issues thats causing the bleeding. Shes cramping bleeding and "water broke" while already dilating? Lol dalton's there in his "working" outfit.

True. I know a few people who had SCH during pregnancy but never heard of them cramping or having all out contractions.
Who knows with her if any of that was even happening or she was trying to grift money somehow.
