IIRC they won’t admit you just because you’re 1cm dilated and a woman can be at that dilation for weeks before she actually gives birth. When Mrs. Skretteburg gave birth to our last kid we got sent home the week before because she was having contractions but they weren’t close enough together and she was only 1cm dilated. Shes only 14 weeks you shouldn't be dilating and no pain with bleeding. Its typical to start dilating weeks before birth but not 14 weeks. The babies toast. She needs to sit on the toilet and not go bug the ER staff. You can spot and bleed and not miscarry but she is having pain with it.
I wish someone would just outright tell her that between her cursed uterus and the vaping, it's her fault when she miscarries.

I have no doubt that Kim will produce more children who survive to birth and perhaps beyond. I expect to see her have a baby with multiple congenital anomalies or a micropreemie requiring a very long NICU stay and resulting in severe, permanent disability. Life, such as it is, finds a way.
