I’m no doctor but alcoholism can cause facial bloating, a bulbous nose, thinning hair, poor oral hygiene and health due to dehydration(same for hair, the dehydration will cause thinning) and a good while back when his feet were all fucked up with infection, that can also be attributed to alcoholism.
Something else to consider is in later stages of alcoholism drunks tend to get drunk faster due to enzyme and metabolism rates changing, the boglim has been getting sloshed after just a couple drinks for a long while even when he isn’t drinking off stream/seemingly or somewhat coherent when he gets the stream fired up.
this could also explain him being so fucked in the soda shop video, he is truly becoming the alcohol.

The boglim is a pipe smoker. Well, as far as the boglim understands pipe smoking, of course. The boglim is a hopeless nicotine addict and collects scooby snacks as a tobacco source when he can't get cigs. Normally, pipe smokers do not inhale, but the boglim most certainly does. He likely packs the pipe really tight. He must have learned somewhere to pope on the pipe with his hand over the bowl, then release. What you are seeing is a nicotine stain. Nicotine is notoriously difficult to remove, whether it be from walls, upholstery, or flesh. If cobes is low on cash, the Bogmata rises again. As some added horror, he smokes a shitload of tobacco to actually achieve a concentrated stain like that.

It’s really simple too. this is just what she’s wanted the whole time. She hasn’t hid her intentions (well?) , and she made zero effort to prevent this before coming into this situation. She’s 40, not 17. She knew exactly what she was doing. Birth control is easily accessible in VA, and would have been completely free for her. No out of pocket cost.

Josh is legitimately too lazy to walk down to the pawn shop he's familiar with carrying a box of retarded bullshit. He's not even going to call his dad to help him move it and sell it because it's just too many moving parts for Cobra to give a shit. It's easier to just make dumb shirts, lathe a couple of wands and pout for donos. His shirts surprisingly sell really well, so do the wands and he gets donos around the clock for the silliest shit. He doesn't even fuck around with pawn shops anymore because of what happened with the gun he purchased, his dad tore his ass open over that.
