Why is it called Chicken Breast when we can call it Chicken Tits?

Because tit derives from teat. Birds don't have teats.
Tit was actually first,* and teat is a French-derived euphemism, but you're more-or-less correct in that the term tit implies a nipple, whereas breast does not.

*In English. Both derive from the same proto-Germanic word, reconstructed as tittaz.
