So a while back Brendan tried taking a Youtuber known as Yew Neek to court for copyright infringement.

Yew Neek is basically a mush mouthed, addled brain Youtuber who still can't buy a decent mic. He's built a channel around making fun of Brendan's failings and infidelity. While I find his videos unlistenable, I have to respect his commitment to making content about Brendans fuck ups.

If my memory serves me right, Brendan didn't like this and tried to abuse the Youtube copyright strike system to shut this guy down and then escalated it with a lolsuit. Despite having low intelligence, no lawyer and probably having little financial backing, Yew Neek managed to beat Brendans legal team in a long, drawn out bullshit lawsuit and announced recently he's won the case.

Once again Brendan's strong-arming and bullying has failed and he got owned by a guy who quite literally may not be able to tie his own shoes.

One funny thing is how the lawsuit is about copyright use but Brendan would go on podcasts and tell people it was due to defamation and having his business, family and livelihood attacked. Oh Bubba.

 
I found it funny how the idiot youtuber ignored the "homework assignment" from the judge that had instructions one shade from ebonics, and just scribbled "FAIR USE" at the bottom and thought that would be effective.

Shoutout to the ghost lawyer who unfucked his shit and got Bappa BTFO'd with a summary judgement.

You’d think this would be a done deal by now. Sargon even won his case against that black woman and he just straight up uploaded her videos without editing them, because the title and the fact that he was the one to upload it was enough to constitute as transformative. Even Ethan Klein won his. At this point trying to dmca video content that mocks you is more of a game of chicken, except you’re fucked if they call your bluff.

This to me feels like a good example of pro se, in forma pauperis. Here you have a man who has every right to make fun of this public figure for airing his dirty laundry for everyone to see, and in turn you have a retard with money to burn doing so and finding out no amount of money nor lawyers takes away the right for people to call you a fat fucking retard who can't keep his dick in his pants.

When he launched his whisky a few years back, he started day drinking on the podcasts. I don't mean having a beer with lunch, I mean downing whisky at a 10am podcast.

Besides the booze, he's always consuming soda, sugar laced Starbucks jumbo coffees, big gulps and other sugary junk. Plus add in chewing tobacco, all weird supplements and all the garbage he eats. I guess you'd also have to factor in the weird diet fads like keto and carnivore he gets into instead of just having a well balanced, healthy diet. Also most of the time he looks sleep deprived probably doesn't get decent regular sleep with his schedule and ramming his system with stimulants.

Then add in the weird botox and what ever other plastic surgery he's done to his face. There's been a massive jump in the last 5 - 10 years in terms of aging. It's funny that Bryan is fifteen years older and Brendan would always make fun of him for being old, but Brendan has aged dramatically despite being a former athlete and looks worse than Bryan sometimes.

I find the irony is Brendans podcasts are literally him watching other content and making fun of said content. Also Brendan says so much random hearsay, half facts, made up stories while also trying to ruin other peoples careers that he's done all the same things he's accused YeeNeek of.

as well as him always burping and nearly vomiting during podcasts and that time there was a video where it showed the inside of his mouth and there was like a hole in the roof of his mouth.
