It is annoying to have to move (new) replies to older posts if the thread is slow, but I assure you, it is worth your time in keeping not only your thoughts clear and concise, but also the thread.

I tend to leave my quotes to individual posts in draft form in the reply box as it will save periodically as long as the site is still connected to your browser. I store my replies as well if as the thoughts come and then eventually I just ship my thoughts together in a neat package. My best guess is Rx amphetamine abuse. Pretty easy for a lawyer to claim he has ADD and needs ritilan or adderall to work. I honestly think as a “test” or for “bare minimum dad duties” Kayla’s making him drive one kid at a fixed time 5 days a week to some class or activity. Even this is a Herculean task for Rackets at this stage. He’s so fucked up even the barest minimum of a fixed schedule irritates him and is a struggle.

I get the idea that during his peak Depp trial days he got relieved of any and all mundane parenting duties. Kayla would have resented juggling the schedules of five home schooled kids with just a nanny to help. I get the idea this might have been when additional family moved in, or started pitching in, to take up the slack. homeschooling is a huge time commitment, esp across the age ranges they have. It sounds like the trust fund allowed Nick and Kayla a lot of extra time to focus on it in the past, but Nick’s streaming radically altered that dynamic.

He would have promised to get back to “normal” after the crazy trial streaming, but it never really happened. Now he just resents having to drive Johnny to math class at 9 am five days a week or whatever is being asked of him.

Nick has vaguely referenced additional family members living in the house. I’m sure if any in-laws moved in to help Kayla with the kids, it heightened the tension.
