One time and not sustainable, but if you have the know how and aren't bound by some noncompete you could potentially get a bit of a cash injection by offering to make websites for local businesses. I know a guy studying CS who was doing that as a side hustle.

You can find jobs like this on Upwork and Freelancer, eventually you will build up a nice network of clients that can keep you busy without using a platform like Upwork and Freelancer and make pretty good loot doing this. Obviously, it takes some skill and a lot of persistence

Not that I would ever do this but, there is a huge market for selling obviously illegal things to stupid people. I'm sure it's a crime to advertise or solicit the sale of anything not allowed but, people seem to make good money selling shit like that to very stupid people. I would have to imagine you would need incredibly good opsec to attempt this, probably not a bad idea to live in Russia or another Eastern block country where the gov dngaf about laws protecting foreigners of mother Russia.
