It's been a good year since he's done it, but it's obvious to me from the thumbnail that he was trying to clickbait a medical scare. Irishman said that this is something that Amberlynn does as well when she wants attention. It's not unusual for Boogie to cycle through various tactics in an effort to drum up views. Maybe this gets his next video a slight boost in views, but it's never sustainable.
Agree that the "415" is the supposed weight he's currently rolling with. It's too bad that he didn't put both feet on the scale properly when he did his last "weigh in" on December 31st, so we know that 415lbs is already a lie:

Overlaying the two, we can see where Boogie's left foot is missing, showing that he's keeping a foot of the scale to feign progress.
So Boogie's current "weight loss" journey is already off to a very honest start. Also want to point out that Boogie weighed in at 413lbs at the start of the year, but this video states "415" which implies that he's gained 2lbs. This is despite him claiming to have gone this year without any soda, less calories and more exercise:

This could likely be a case similar to her 15 Instagrams where she created a whole bunch as a kid and cycled through the accounts. The fact Boogie stated that Dezi has "only 4 Snapchat friends" is fucking hilarious. While I believe this cheating saga is gay and fake, I have no doubts that she's got other social media outlets that she uses which Boogie is unaware of. Girls like Dezi are desperate for attention and validation which makes social media perfect for them.

This dude brags about all the young women in their 20's that he dates, yet he comes across as totally ignorant or out of touch when he says these things.Girls are getting messages, requests and constant attention from guys online. They are more social men and are constantly messaging, calling or leaving voice memos to their friends, boyfriends and family. I sincerely doubt that Dezi with her daddy issues has a friends list of 3 people. He talks like a guy who hasn't had a proper relationship with a female during the digital age.
