Yes it's definitely got the handler vibes. At first when she was sighted, I thought she was some sort of social worker person from the home he was in, after he got out of jail. A condition of his release or some sort of assistant to help him reintegrate into society. She doesn't give off the more relaxed feel of a friend or acquaintance. More like someone who is paid to be there.

Speaking of pay, I wonder what Caden or whoever is compensating her for this is paying? I very highly doubt she is doing this for a favour or out of the kindness of her heart. I assume it's to keep Chris either out of trouble or calmer by having a female around him. But that's still a lot of effort.

One must at least be half-retarded to get roped into anything by a gimpy-looking twat like Caden so i assume she's getting a pittance. Any woman who isn't braindead or has some kind of a tard diagnosis and who knows about Chris would answer "Not for all the money in the world" when asked to act as Chris' new babysitter with, possibly, benefits.
 
Once again, Flutter's back is shown to the camera. I swear, you could get the footage from both the body cams and the security cameras, only for her back to be shown at every angle. Due to this, I can only conclude that she's a non-Euclidean creature in a skinsuit.

Chris was probably touching people inappropriately like last time. Enough calls got the security to boot him, he came back all pissed off throwing excuses at the event security and when he wouldn’t leave, they called authorities to escort him off the premises.

i think if more ppl messaged that Flutter is not real
it will force Chris to "defend her honor"
and then ppl can then assume that Flutter is jut an alias for Cryzell
which will eventually make Chris reveal her identity
