To be honest, I never understood what Pepe was supposed to mean.

"Feels good, man." was the original Pepe from one of the Boys Club comics where Pepe is shown to enjoy pissing standing up, but with his pants completely dropped to the floor. He gets questioned about it and replies that it simply "Feels good, man.", then it just became a reaction image on 4chan a long ass time ago. That's literally the entire origin story.

Just when I had started to forget about Pepe, these new developements have given me an irresistible urge to increase my Pepe-shitposting activities tenfold. Watch out faggots, I will Flood The Market Again.

I really want to get in touch with the poor dude who drew the comic book Pepe is from years ago and see how he feels about all this.
I saw an interview a few years back where he was cool about Pepe being his own thing and hanging out with Feels guy.
Now that it's reached hyperderp his opinion may have changed.

I liked the one with John Goodman.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but didn't he get upset over Pepe's shirt being a different color at one point?

Honestly though, we now have memes in our history books, and Deez Nuts having been in the news as a presidential candidate at one point. America is fucked.

It's fucking hilarious watching these grown ass adults trying to comprehend the layers and layers of irony of a 4-Chan shitposter's meme and failing.
We are in the best age.
watching the stupider among us trying to "decipher" memes is like someone going through a conspiracy theory

He seems pretty chill with it all, there's an interview he did with the vice fags and he seems cool, even with the merchandise people produce of it. I expect he'd laugh this latest development off just as easily.

I actually saw a Pepe shirt at a skate shop in the mall once, I wonder if they will pull it? (or if it is even a licensed shirt for that matter)
