I'm really surprised it took this long for Hunter to get a thread. He's been embroiled in drama for years at this point. I remember watching his content back in 2016 and even then I recall thinking it was mediocre and unfunny, and I was watching people like Paul Joseph Watson and Carl Benjamin at the time. Hunter was never entertaining or interesting, he just rode the anti-SJW wave until it reached the shore and then he tried desperately to claw his way back into the good graces of the YouTube algorithm by switching sides.

He gained notoriety among the dissident right around this time for running away from people who wanted to debate him while keeping up the debate bro tough guy facade that everyone is afraid to debate him which is so common among breadtubers.

A video from a now-defunct channel called Wagnerocks included some interesting tidbits about his past including this cringeworthy rap Hunter recorded to impress a girl he wanted to bang on the side while Carissa was pregnant:
